If this was well explained during the first visit, there would have not been the need for two additional visits totaling $1,514 in charges.

If patient disagrees with her or provides new information, then patient risks getting lectured again, then when patient complains to administrators (doctors and head nurse) they just label patient as the problem without really listening to patients concerns about the condescending nurse.
