I still enjoyed the drinks (I got the margarita flight) and appreciated the appeal. They're definitely tequila forward, which I appreciate, so I'd order a marg again! Probably sticking with the classic but you can't really go wrong with that. I think you can order tacos for food and snacks, but do hope they consider bringing the service outside as the summer months come in full swing!

Since I'm simple and usually get a standard twist cone with sprinkles, I'm easy to please. For me, the soft serve has been somewhat inconsistent; sometimes it's great and sometimes its really soft and has melted quickly which made it a race to eat! I've also had some random texture issues with some flurries. One time my wife had the drumstick flurry and I don't know what happened, but the texture became super grainy and almost like the ice cream was curdling/separating. That for sure felt like a one-off, but is now always in my mind and makes me far less likely to get a flurry. There is almost always a line in the evening and on weekends, but it does tend to more quickly. It's a time to chit chat and gives you plenty of time to check out the extensive menu. I love that it's dog friendly so pals can bring their babes or I get to see other people's dogs! They don't have a ton of seating, but it's not generally presented as an issue. I appreciate that the seating is behind the building and provides some shade for hot summer days, but wish it wasn't right next to the dumpster.

They often have game nights with Mario Kart, MtG, and lots of live music. I don't drink alcohol so I can't speak to the ciders but I know they have a good variety for different palates. They recently added some food to the menu which I think was a fun addition. It's bar food but well priced IMO. The staff have always been soooo incredibly kind and supportive of the local community. You can tell that they really value the people who come in and make a concerted effort to get to know everyone. I have only had good experiences talking with them and they always are good to remember me and give me a warm welcome. They do have a small parking lot and there's a park across the street in case anything gets filled! I definitely recommend checking out some local music here or attending one of the collabs with the Cheese Lady next door.

I've never had anything here but excellent food and service. I've grown addicted to their French Dip sandwich which is about as good as I've had anywhere. The bread is substantial enough to hold the copious amounts of au jus I dip it in without falling apart. Yet, it is not too heavy to overshadow the meat. I order this just about every time I go here. This time however, they had Korean fried chicken tacos as a special. My wife made me order it because she knows if I didn't, I'd be complaining all the way home. This item should become a regular. Wonderfully flavored chicken with Korean sauces and spices and vegetables in a usual taco set up, My wife became enamored with the Mediterranean salad which she says is the closest thing she's been able to find that resembles what she craves from Greece and Italy. She added chicken which was a generous portion so I sampled some and it was excellent. While waiting for lunch to arrive, I looked at the drink menu, specifically bourbons. Holiday has a impressive list and I was surprised to find even the hard to get, allocated bourbons were in stock and "reasonably" priced. Overall, I had a very poor experience with the food this time around. The highlight of the evening was our server, who was friendly, attentive, and did a great job throughout our visit. He recommended the cocktail, and while it wasn't for me, I appreciated his service and hospitality. I'm hoping this was just an off night because the server did tell me that the day I went was the first day with their new menu. I'd be willing to give it another try in the future, but I left feeling pretty disappointed this time around.
