I posted the review late because I am considering small claims court as the rug is ruined and it's an expensive rug. Due to Covid the courts are backed up but I may still take you to small claims court to replace the rug.

She said that they could do the work and asked me to text some pictures to her to get a price quote. Two days later, I sent a text to them with no response. This is unprofessional and shows me that they don't need the business. If this is how the treat customers before they even get a quote, imagine how they act when the work is complete and the customer has a complaint.

Uriel has cleaned my carpets since the first week i bought my house in 2009. Since then, not only has he been the only person to clean my carpets but he has grown to watch my kids grow up. Very cool guy, very honest, and his pricing is very fair. He has even cleaned my tile grout. If you are deciding who to use and the difference is 10 or 20 bucks, do yourself a favor and go with Moreno Carpet Cleaners. You will not be disappointed and you will have a "carpet guy" for life. People ALWAYS comment on how clean our carpets are. The guy uses eco friendly products too. So if you are a tree hugging, environment loving earth defender then this is is your guy. Or if you have kids and dont want them exposed to harsh chemicals. He has a truck mounted unit so the suction picks up everything. Anyways i will spare you the details and get to the point. Use this guy if you really want a good job on your carpets. Don't spend a few bucks less and end up with carpets that are still dirty. TRUST me. They did an excellent job cleaning our super dirty and smelly carpets and large sectional sofa! We really thought we could never have guests over again unless we replaced all our carpets after years of pet stains and dirt, but Uriel assured us that he could get our rugs clean and smelling good again. We were really skeptical, but decided to give it a try. Wow! Uriel did an amazing job! We are now walking barefoot again on our carpet (something we had stopped doing over a year ago because our carpets were so gross). Uriel did an excellent job. He was very direct with everything and communicated with me the whole time. I contacted him and he said he was able to come with no problems and we are very happy with his work. Even though it was father's day and I asked for a quote he didn't hesitate to answer back to me. He never complained about having to work outside in such extreme measures due to the heat. I had a big stain in my box spring and he made it look brand new. Even the sofas that we needed washed for my uncle that were gifted to us came out beautiful. We couldn't be more grateful to have had him come in such short notice and be so patient with us. Had my carpets and sofa cleaned by Uriel and he did an amazing job my carpets and especially my sofa look so good! My sofa was really bad with stains and now looks new and even has a shine! I had tried some one else before and they did not do as good of a job as Uriel did i can definitely tell the difference and i was so pleased with how cleaned everything looked i had him clean my mattress and car upholstery also and once again he did great my car seats and carpet were so dirty and they look new thanks to Uriel i am very pleased and impressed I will continue to do business with him i definitely recommend using Moreno Carpet Cleaners for all your carpet and upholstery needs you wont be disappointed! Moreno Carpet Cleaners has cleaned several apartments at the complex that I manage and has always had excellent results with carpet tile or furniture. I was even more impressed on the job he did today. The carpet had stains and smells from a tenants pets and when he finished the carpet it looked and smelled new. The tenants were so pleased and commented on the reasonable prices, saying they would personally use him again as well. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet cleaned. We are so happy with Uriel's service. I found him On Yelp, called in the morning and he fit us in with basically no notice. He showed up ON TIME, which is always a great sign in my book. My husband was ready to spend $$$ to replace the carpet, which had not been professionally cleaned in at least five years. The traffic areas were a mess, beverage spills in the front room were nasty. Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable.
