Called on a Friday for an estimate & Uriel (owner) was here to complete the job Monday. He was professional, knowledgable and reliable. We need the tile and grout cleaned in our kitchen, dining room and 2 restrooms. Uriel and his wife came on time, they explained the price/what he was going to do and got right to work. They cleaned up after themselves, and my floors look FANTASTIC. I didn't even know the grout was capable of being that light in color after cleaning. Uriel to the rescue! After four years, my tenants moved out and the place was a disaster! They had two dogs and it did not appear they had any interest in keeping the floors clean.
