He waited for hours while watching multiple other patients be seen before him, despite arriving on time. When he calmly asked about the delay, the staff responded with rude, dismissive attitudes instead of providing any explanation. What made the situation worse was that they eventually refused to see him at all, accusing him of being "hostile," which was completely untrue. He was simply asking to be seen in a reasonable timeframe like everyone else. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to turn him away rather than provide care. The way he was treated felt unfair and, honestly, discriminatory. No patient should be made to feel disrespected or singled out like that. Healthcare offices should treat all patients with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this office.

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had completed all my forms prior to this visit on their very convenient online portal and all they needed were a couple of signatures. I was instructed to come in earlier than my noon appointment, which I did at 11:40 am. I didn't wait long when I was called back right at noon! The sweet technician, Heidi, brought me back, she did the scans and it was over in a jiffy. It's puzzling but those bad reviews must have been on off days. I was treated with nothing but respect and received outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to return here. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

They are kind, helpful, and attentive. I've spoken with Lupe numerous times requesting disks and reports. Today, I spoke with Veronica who went out of her way to schedule my MRI and X-rays immediately. She was efficient, thoughtful, and very kind. I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience trying to schedule an ultrasound. The…read morevery first question I asked was whether the Redlands location offered the specific ultrasound test I needed. I spoke with Ralfjohn Dario, who assured me from the beginning that the Redlands location did offer it. Based on that assurance, I spent over 40 minutes on the phone, sent in my doctor's order, and sat through repeated holds while he supposedly worked on scheduling the appointment. After all of that, he finally told me I would actually have to go to La Jolla for the test. This was a complete waste of my time and could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided at the start. Patients should not have to spend nearly an hour on the phone, submit medical orders, and be repeatedly placed on hold only to be told the opposite of what they were assured at the beginning of the call. This experience showed a serious lack of competence, communication, and respect for patients' time. I would not recommend relying on this office for accurate scheduling information.

This last time, everything was sent again, yet I still received no response. I've called numerous times, left multiple voicemail messages, and no one returns my calls. It has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable.
