He waited for hours while watching multiple other patients be seen before him, despite arriving on time. When he calmly asked about the delay, the staff responded with rude, dismissive attitudes instead of providing any explanation. What made the situation worse was that they eventually refused to see him at all, accusing him of being "hostile," which was completely untrue. He was simply asking to be seen in a reasonable timeframe like everyone else. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to turn him away rather than provide care. The way he was treated felt unfair and, honestly, discriminatory. No patient should be made to feel disrespected or singled out like that. Healthcare offices should treat all patients with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this office.

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had completed all my forms prior to this visit on their very convenient online portal and all they needed were a couple of signatures. I was instructed to come in earlier than my noon appointment, which I did at 11:40 am. I didn't wait long when I was called back right at noon! The sweet technician, Heidi, brought me back, she did the scans and it was over in a jiffy. It's puzzling but those bad reviews must have been on off days. I was treated with nothing but respect and received outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to return here. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

I'll start with the "good" if you even want to call it that...the gentleman I sat next to had been waiting for almost 2 hours past his scheduled appointment time. There was another man after him that had been there for an hour. I was 30 minutes in and knew I had no chance to last another hour at the least, so I rescheduled. But here's the thing, all the warning signs are there when you walk in, all you have to do is look at the walls and floors...the dirt on the floors and the scuffs and dings on the walls are a clear indicator you have entered the land of no f's given. Once you're in the back, if you make it that far, you will be asked to change into a gown in a bathroom. On the 26th I was lucky enough to enter this bathroom right after one of the technicians relieved their bowels of some powerful Asian cuisine, it was delightful. I closed the door to change and realized there is no place to set your things, no counter top, no little stool, nothing. That means they expect you to put your clothes on the floor or on top of the defiled toilet. The lockers also don't work. And the machine itself was from 1963. The male tech was impossible to understand and the female tech was fighting for her life to just get the f out of there. Be ware of this place, enter at your own risk.

So did they give me an appointment or not how do you know my name? I waited about an hour because they told me they were gonna try to get someone to come out but eventually I just gave up.
