I think some of the staffing messages are inconsistent in terms of questions but they're all pretty friendly. My only downside was I wish there were more activities per age group. It's a decent value as well, parking is free and relatively straightforward, you pay for the amount of tickets you want also. Decent amount of pumpkins to choose from w/ wheelbarrows

I was shocked to see how busy it was last night! My daughter enjoyed spending some time here last night with her friends. While this place is fun to visit and has a lot to do and see, it's seriously overpriced. My daughter bought a churro/ice cream dessert thing which she said was really good, but was $16. As a result, I didn't even check to see how much the pumpkins are here. Bounce houses, slides, rides, petting zoo, etc. and lots of fall-themed photo-ops. Parking and admission are free but all attractions are a part of their ticket system. No animals allowed and they no longer host any field trips, fundraisers, birthday parties or special events. They accept cash, all major credit cards, Google and Apple Pay. The parking lot can be tricky and I appreciated there were parking attendants helping to direct traffic.

Ok so there's the line where you buy admission and tickets THEN there's a line where security checks bags and strollers. Every ride is 5+ tickets Tickets cost $1 each The Jumper section requires 5 tickets for just 5 min and they only have a certain amount of kids going in at a time. Food! This part I wasn't happy about. I got 1 pizza cone 1 order of Nachos And 1 snow cone $39!!!! We waited about 30 min for a soggy pizza cone. Nachos only had the cheese as garnish we basically got a plate of chips We also got 2 buckets of cookies A brownie cookie A cup of milk with cookies on the straw Over $60!! I would suggest eating ahead of time If you're going to waist this much money it should be on GOOD food there's a BJ's across the street. There's NO trash cans available around the park you have to carry your trash around as a trophy. Most food stands have very long lines and they can't seem to keep up. It's all unorganized. 20 min wait to order then 30 for you to wait. I personally won't be going again. Don't recommend if you have kids.

Employees there were so helpful w taking pictures of us and being friendly. Pumpkin patch does accept Apple Pay/cards but I would recommend cash because everything there has a card fee %. Parking is brutal, so be there early! We arrived around 1pm and parked down the street Corporate Center Ave! (For free) alongside the road. It was a short 3-4 minute walk, we didn't have to struggle with the crowds/shuttles/or the paid parking. Great pumpkins selection & for good price. Overall fun time for the family or a cute date night.

She really didn't have to yell at our family, she could have been kinder and also maybe they might consider a sign to inform others they use it as a signal to put water down for the trees, which is understandable, no need to yell. We didn't come to have a negative buying experience for the holidays, so we left. Prices were standard, maybe $10-$20 more than Home Depot for the douglas and noble firs, but they have grand firs (6-7 feet start at $125, 7-8 taller was $155). Hope others have better experiences.

Update: they reached out to me to fix the issue and I saw them improved immediately…read more I purchased a pack of short ribs at 99 Ranch today. When selecting it, the top layer looked reasonable -- the marbling appeared normal and the fat-to-meat ratio seemed acceptable, which is why I decided to buy it. However, after opening it at home, I found that the bottom pieces were almost entirely thick layers of fat. The difference in quality between the top and bottom layers was significant. I understand that short ribs naturally contain fat, and I wasn't expecting them to be lean. I was already prepared for them to be on the fattier side. But this went far beyond what would be considered normal -- the overall quality felt inconsistent and disappointing. Consumers rely on what they can see when selecting products. When the visible portion differs so drastically from what's underneath, it raises concerns about how the meat is being packaged. Additionally, compared to online platforms like Weee where customer service is easily accessible, there doesn't seem to be a clear or convenient feedback channel for in-store purchases. That makes the experience even more frustrating. I hope the store can improve quality control and packaging transparency to maintain customer trust.

I still come here once in a while for Asian ingredients, condiments, and random things I need for the house. I've been to plenty of Asian bakeries over the years, so I was pretty excited to grab a birthday cake from the bakery inside 99 Ranch Market. The cake looked great visually and the price was reasonable at around $32, which honestly made it feel like a solid find at first. Now don't get me wrong, I actually like Asian-style cakes because they're usually lighter, fluffier, and not overly sweet. That balance is what makes them so good. But this one just missed the mark completely. The cake lacked flavor overall, the frosting tasted flat, and even the sponge cake itself didn't have that soft fluffy texture that good Asian bakeries are known for. It looked way more appetizing than it actually tasted. Everyone took a few bites and kind of just stopped eating it. For me, this was probably the most underwhelming Asian bakery cake I've had in a while. I'll still come back to 99 Ranch Market for groceries and Asian ingredients, but I definitely won't be buying another cake from this bakery anytime soon.
