Don't Go To This Tire Shop I Purchased Two Tires I Went thru This Deal On Offer Up Listing Was For 300$ I Asked If They Can Do It For 250$ With No Installation And They Said Yes And When I Get There I Get The Tires And When I Was Going To Pay I Said 250$ Right And They Lady Seemed Like She Didn't Know She Locked In The Deal for 250 when I have all the messages she started giving me the "I was going to sell them for 450$" kinda asking for more money, then why didn't you sell them for 450$ if it was me I would've canceled the 250$ and got more money, seemed off at that point but was excited to get a deal that was too good to be true but anyway she was okay with the 250 so the next day I went to install them and one of the tires was no good it had a slash on the sidewall so I called junior tires back and explained to them what was happening and tried to get something figured out as in money back or a tire and all I was getting as a response was I tested the tire and it was good when it left and I can't do nothing about it oh it's a good deal one of the tires cost like 400 to 500 $ so I gave you a deal, yeah the deal was for two working tires and I get that their used and good tires but they have to be working to say it was a good deal, but damn I didn't deserve this at all, So pretty much was being told all sales are final, I Had To Pretty much argue to get something back cause I payed for a tire that didn't work they ended up giving me 50$ back which was still not worth it because the deal was for two tires not for 1 good tire and 1 bad tire, I went to a different tire shop that same day and they charged me 75$ for the same tire and installed and 5$ to trash that tire they gave me and juniors tire didn't ask for the tire back which was weird cause I would've been like I need to see the tire before I can refund or do anything, I highly recommend you go somewhere else other than here to sell bad parts to a customer is no good and even when they have no care for the customer and just care for the money then this is no place to do business. The pricing was literally unmatched as every place I went to before were more expensive on everything. Not only that but they truly care for you, the first time I came to put on tires I had, they pointed out problems I had with my tires and fixed them for no additional cost! Now skip forward till today 8 months, it's been my 5th time here and I switched out some tires on my work Meisters and I didnt realize my TPM sensors wouldnt fit. Im a mechanic and I don't do tires so I found these guys on facebook and they responded right away. They have a me a great deal on 2 used tires. I had a broken wheel and they swapped over the tire pressure sensor at no extra charge. My second wheel was bent and they showed me on the balancer how bad it was. I returned with a good wheel later in the week and they swapped the tire they had sold me to the new wheel as promised by Robert at no additional cost..
