Additionally, they did not answer their email when I made the request for cancelation in the first place and did not answer the phone. They want you to text the number but took several hours to respond when a phone call could have been the much faster response.

The first time we took it out, all the batteries were dead and we brought it into the shop. All they did was charge it. Next time we took it out, the battery was also dead again. When they did an initial inspection, they found nothing wrong with the rv. We finally called to service the rv in July after we were unable to get power to the rv through a power outlet. Something was drawing all the power out. Turns out there was an issue with the electrical system. Seems like the initial inspection they did was not thorough. Luckily it was going to be covered by manufacturer warranty but it took over 2 months to get the warranty to be approved and for all the repairs to be done. By the time it was finished, it was already September and almost time to winterize the rv. It really foiled our plans. The customer service is deceiving. They were friendly and helpful until after we purchased the rv. They don't really care after the sale was done. It was also our first ever rv purchase so this left a negative impact on our whole rv experience.

Fast forward to today, and I'm a frequent visitor of this location. I've gotten used to the layout, and that's made shopping a lot easier. What I've most come to love, though, are the genuinely friendly employees. From the deli, where one of the worker's always knows exactly which salad I'm there to get and exactly how much I want, to one of the cashiers who knows me by name, to the friendly pharmacy staff...I always get a small town vibe here. And I love it! Of course, as with most of the world these days, their prices have been inching up, and that makes me more aware of what's on sale. I love their "buy 5" specials which, if you didn't know, you don't have to buy 5 of the same item to get the deal!
