I've had great service here and I've been using them for years they're washing fold is very reasonable

I would have left 0 if that was an option, maybe even -1. When you walk in, it looks okay.... Even kinda clean. But, looks are deceiving. When we walked in and started looking at the washing machines,, we found that maybe one out of every 10 are actually in working order. The person who works there has to point out which ones actually work. The dryers are the same condition. As you sit in there, the smell kinda creeps up on you. We were there on a very warm day, but it was hot and humid in there. I would definitely look for a different place to do laundry. Unfortunately, I want my husband to get gas before I realized the place was this bad. We were on the road and in a hurry to get our wash done and back on the road...otherwise I would have waited for my husband to come back and went somewhere else . I definitely learned my lesson, and will not do this again. read more

None of the washers/dryers work, and the employees are not helpful at all. They hog all the workable machines while customers have to play Russian roulette with the other units. Not cool this place should be closed down and renovated read more

I went yesterday. There is only 5 washers working. Only 6 dryers working. I never will go back. It's a terrible place. Whom I assumed was the owner. I greeted him nicely and he didn't even acknowledge me. Very unfriendly. read more

Read lots of bad reviews. I just drop by here for wash & fold service. It is said that one can wash their own pants at home instead of asking them. That's right. I can do it by myself. But I ask them to wash and fold when I'm busy. It's natural if they are always better than me in washing clothes and I do much better than them with my job, the deal is reasonable. But even if that's not the case, the service is still useful. In a cheap steakhouse, a friend of mine said that he can make much better steak at home and we were discussing why we're eating there rather than making it by ourselves. Not thinking of the fact that the cook had to deal with multiple steaks at a time, probably my friend can make better steak and also can do better job in what he's doing for a living. But he'd rather do what he does and pay for steak sometimes. That's due to comparative advantage. So we all can be happy with the trade which is not only beneficial to us but also to them. I only ask wash and fold with easy to wash clothes without any risk if I have errands to run around here. They charge you low price and the quality is pretty good in my opinion. The overhead between me and the laundry is my travel time and their income tax. And they provide wash and fold service with their time. If the value surpasses the overhead, it's good for me to use the service. I'd visit other place for higher risk clothes unless I trust more in their work. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I would rather hand wash my clothes by a river and dry them outside than ever come to this place ever again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. At all.. like not even my worst enemy. The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever received in my life. Barely any of the machines worked, the hours say that they are open until 6pm on Sundays, I'm mid-wash and I was about to step out to grab a snack from the place next door and the woman working there tried to stop me from leaving because she said she wasn't feeling well and wanted to close 3 hours early... so she "didn't want me gone for very long." She tried to make me sit there and watch my clothes spin... as if me being there was gonna encourage them to wash faster. Then when I was putting my clothes in the dryer she didn't even let them finish the dry cycle, she interrupted the cycle to feel if they were dry or not and she dropped my under garments on the floor in front of everyone as she was meddling through my laundry. She didn't know that I spoke Spanish and she processed to speak very poorly about me to her friend in Spanish. Do not go to this place ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. read more

The people here are warm and understanding. If it happens that the machine doesn't fully dry your clothes, which is every once in a while just like if you were to do your laundry at home, they'll pay the dryer and make sure that it gets dried right. And every time all the carts were taken, they will make sure that I can use one even if it means they have to do their jobs slower. Whenever the workers there are doing laundry with me, they offered tips on how to do laundry or how to fold laundry whenever I asked. They are professional cleaners, so of course I wouldn't mind advice. Learned some of them insider tricks ;) Most of them speak only Spanish, which they practice with me every time I tried speaking with them. They are patient, simple, good people. read more

I would give it a zero star if I could. That's how terrible this place is. It's my first time here since my hotel doesn't offer laundry service during COVID. First thing, I was at the front waiting to get change since the coin machine is not working. The lady was on a phone and said Hi. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. Then she said it again and this time louder and a bit annoyed so I looked at her. She ask how can she help me. I said I need coins to dry my clothes. I only had one $1 and $10 bill so I gave her the $10 since I needed at least $2 worth to dry my clothes. She had a lot of quarters but asked if I have $2. I said no I don't, only $1 and $10 bill. She seem annoyed. She asked again, if I have $2. I said I don't and I just show her my bills in my wallet too. Then she took my $10 bill and said she will give me $5 of quarters and will give me back change of $5. I said can I just get $3 max of quarters and would like a change of $7. She said, she rather give me $5 of quarters and was annoyed. At this point, I was getting irritated of how her customer service is. I said whatever makes it easy so I can just finish drying my clothes. I found a group of machine that has lights on looking like it's operable. I put my clothes and coins and but then it wouldn't run. I asked a lady over and she was so irritated and said that machine does not work. Pick the other ones. At this point I was furious. I said if the machine has the same lights on as all the other ones, how would I know which one works or not. She just said pick the other one. So I asked for my refund for that one machine because it took the money but wouldn't start. Her attitude is so poor when she go get me the the quarters that were due. Just terrible customer service. I'm only in town for some work so I'll never be back anyways. read more

This place sucks. dirty, overpriced and only accepts $5 bills in the change machine while taking .25 cents out of each 5 as a "transaction fee". Never experienced this at any other laundromat. Not recommended! read more

This review is for their wash and fold service. I took my laundry here 3 times. First time, I got my laundry back and thought, "Cool...folded laundry". Nothing special. Folded like I would have done it and there was no fresh laundry scent. Not bad for the price so I took my laundry back another time. Second time I tried their wash and fold service, I got back and my new white shirts were all pink!!! I went back the third time and see if they can correct this in any way. She just said I will try and didn't offer to give me a free wash OR give me my money back. Never coming back here again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

This place sucks! I've been a loyal customer for the last few years, but today's incident was the last straw! They lost a sweater of mine a few months ago and after complaining for a while they finally paid me back. Today I pick up my silk slacks and they decided to wash them rather than dry clean them. So I get home and try them on they obviously shrunk a ton. Even though I asked them to dry cleaned it, they tried to blame me saying that I asked them to wash them. I can wash my own damn pants at home, why would I asked them to wash it!! The slacks cost me $150 and they said they would not pay me back and that they don't care that they lose me as a customer. Find another place to get you clothes cleaned! Friggin bastards! read more

If I could rate them 0 stars on this app, I would. The owner/manager is incredibly rude, unhelpful and malicious. I really see no point in berating a customer for picking up the laundry a few days late. Our washing machine at home broke down, so we brought it in soaking wet. They charge by pound, so I asked if possible to weigh clothes once clean and dry. She thought about it and then explodes: that's your problem, I have a business to run! Not with me, you don't. I have no time for people like that, and am glad that I discovered how bad they are early. Silk Pants Guy, you have an actual case with the Better Business Bureau. They will help you get compensation. The sloppiness, rudeness and lying should not keep anyone in business long. But they probably will, as it looks like they have many institutional clents. read more

I've been going there for years but the non-English speaking staff can be very rude. Last night I came in and the last was so rude I almost lost my cool. They have NO sense of customer relations! The only I didn't give them a flat out 1 star is because this sweet little old lady actually had some personality and kindness toward me. At least a third of their machines are broken. The staff is rude. And they are too busy doing the laundry for El Camino to help paying customers. read more

Not a bad place.. They don't like to fix machines when they are broken just put up signs. Its never that busy so I see why they don't fix them. Staff is great no problems. Just glad to have a place to sit down and watch TV. read more

Baywash is very unprofessional. Depending on who is working, their prices vary on dry cleaning. The first time I came here they quoted me at ten dollars for a cocktail dress. It wasn't ready in a timely manner (couple days later than the pickup date on the ticket), but it wasn't a big deal. A red flag, but not the end of the world since I live right down the street. I came back to this establishment with the same exact dress to get it dry cleaned again and the woman said it would be twelve dollars. She must have forgotten that I was at this place less than two weeks ago! She was the one who told me my dress wasn't ready yet! I asked for the ten dollar price since that is what I paid so recently, and she said no. They conveniently don't have their prices listed inside, nor do they have a website listing what things charge. A different time I came into this establishment I asked the woman (different, younger one) how much it would cost to dry clean a longer dress. She shrugged and just said twenty dollars. I laughed and walked out. Clearly she was just making that price up in the hopes that I would fall for it. Twenty dollars is what I paid to get my huge winter coat dry cleaned. I of course got that dress dry cleaned at a different place for much cheaper ($13). Although Baywash is walking distance from where I live, I will no longer be giving these people my business. Watch out. They will try to charge you a different price upon pickup than what they write on your receipt at drop off.

Dropped off five pairs of pants here recently and three came back with broken buttons-I dont think that's a coincidence. Especially since all these pants have previously been cleaned at other dry cleaners. Based on the reviews here I probably wont bother complaining to the owners. read more
