This place is the one to beat. Went here because I needed to wash some big blankets and I didn't want to have to dig up change to wash my stuff so I searched up one that took card and this popped up. The machines here are top tier and way above the rest. Each machine is built like a tank from the washers to the dryers. You load a loyalty card with money and use it as credit to wash your laundry. You may also use quarters if you like. They have plenty of seating and even a kids section with books and a mini couch. It may cost a little more than the other laundromats but I feel it's worth it for the cleanliness and customer service. read more

My big blankets don't fit in my home machine. I discovered this laundromat and I was impressed. Very clean space, nice clean commercial machines that work. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. They accept both card and coins, I opted for card. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy with families. Glad to have found a great laundromat. read more

Honestly one of the best laundry I've been to ! The staff is very helpful and helps you create a card if you buy a brand new card they add 2$ for you to wash ! They have that big laundry machine if you have big blankets or just a lot of clothes haha. They also have a nice space for little kiddos to play and sit which is really thoughtful. Very clean. They also ACCEPT CARD NOT JUST COINS ! ( they still accept coins ) if you like using them. But I used Apple Pay and it worked too. read more

I have a fluffy King sized comforter that needed washing and I hadn't been happy about how clean it was getting in the mega machine at the laundry near me. Express was recommended to me on Nextdoor and even though it's not in a great neighborhood I was very impressed. It's clean, has an attendant who was very helpful, has a locked bathroom the attendant lets you in, a children's play area and feels safe. It has numerous washers and dryers and two 9 load capacity washer and a 13 load capacity washer. Extra large dryers as well. I will be coming back. read more

Came here because our washer broke & the other laundromat I was going to was closed. Boy was I glad the other laundromat was closed and this one was open!!! This place was clean, welcoming and well maintained! When I stepped foot into the laundromat, the diligent lady cleaning the machines was super attentive to me all while cleaning the machines. She kept an eye on me to make sure I figured the machines out! She was super sweet. The washers are extremely fast here too, which I was pleasantly surprised because no one wants to be stuck at the laundromat for hours! I took a little stroll around the laundromat after starting the washer. I was very impressed that there was a children's corner there. It made me think back of growing up and spending hours at the laundromat with my mom with nothing to keep us entertained. This little corner is amazing for the children who have to tag along with their parents during laundry day. The giant 13 load washer was also super impressive and I snapped a picture in amazement! I had a great experience here and love that it's located in a strip mall with food options and across the street from a donut shop and 7-eleven. Overall, I had a great experience here and would come back again if I'm ever without a washer and dryer again! read more

Today we decided to wash and dry our clothes, around 1:25 p.m. we asked the lady working there if she had 2 quarters for 5 dimes. Her response was no. Go to the dollar machine, I explained we have dimes. Again, she said I have no quarters. As I turned to walk away, she got off her little step stool and cut me off as I was walking she bumped right into me. I said, "Don't cut me off like that! I received no response. Originally I had an issue with their washing machine and had to repay for using it from my own pocket. Since then the've fixed that and the laundromat employee will help you re-start them for when issues happen. It's usually clean, the different laundromat attendees will vary, some are very diligent about helping you. Some machines are on standby & broken hence not the 5 stars. My biggest gripe is that its also common to see those washers who come in with giant plastic bags of clothes that end up using half of the dryers. They always overload the machines which both strains the machines till and makes the washers smell after they use them. Nothing gets cleaned if the washer is too full for clothes to toss around inside! Heres a tip for any and all laundromats, always smell the inside of washers before you use them. read more

It is clean and close to my home but with one employee covering this place and no phone number to contact them it's frustrating when a machine decides not to work and your stuck either paying more money for a wash or just not washing your clothes. This place is SUPER CLEAN, they have someone working here that cleans the machines after each use. They are also sweeping the floors doing all the stuff I'm for sure too lazy to do at home. Super helpful as well. Making sure everyone is doing OK. I'm here on a Thursday morning and it's not too packed but for sure so.e folks ya know. Not the cheapest laundry mat, but for sure I will be back here. Don't let the Seven Trees neighborhood stop you from coming. There are shops here in the plaza for food, 7-11 across the street too. All the patrons seem very respectable, normal people just trying to wash their clothes just like the rest of us ya know. I can't find one thing bad to say about this place at all really. Washer at home broke so for the last month I've been coming here. First off I want to say thank you for your staff. I love that you guys are constantly keeping this place clean. Wiping down washers/dryers, sweeping/mopping and attending to customers needs. I'm very picky as to where I wash my clothes, and this place makes me feel more at ease. Another thing, I had left 2 of my big blankets in the dryer, and I was sure it was gone by the time I came back. A whole week later, I asked the attendant just to check if by any chance found 2 big blankets? The lady walked me to the back to show me what they had and sure enough they had it. My washer broke so I had to look for a place to get some laundry done. The price is a little bit high but I was okay with it, as it was a one time use. Can't imagine if I had to go there weekly though (the cost would add up quite a bit). I also was okay with paying the prices because it was VERY CLEAN, MACHINES WERE ALL NEW & FAST, and they have someone working 24/7 to help you. However one thing to keep in mind is to bring cash/coins. Because if you use your card they do a hold (that eventually gets refunded) but it was a little shocking to see that the holds cost more than the cost of the machines them self. I think my MIL had about a $30 hold on her card. read more

I can't remember when the last time I had to use a laundry mat so I wasn't sure where to go. I found a local laundry mat near my home, and was so pleasantly surprised at how all the machines were super clean, efficient, and easy to use. Moreover, the nicest part of my experience was being helped by Maribel. She was so kind and helpful as I did not know how to operate the machine or how to purchase a pay card. She happily assisted me with all my tasks, and even helped me load some of my blankets and helped me find a metal basket to hold all my blankets. In addition to the amazing Maribel who was constantly cleaning, the machines I use were so quick and efficient that I was able to wash & dry 9 blankets and 3 bath rugs in less than 2 1/2hrs! I am so impressed with this business and will gladly come back. read more

I needed to get some laundry done for the week since I did not have a washer and dryer at home. I went by over to this laundromat and was very helpful. It had a big boy which had been perfect for a weeks worth of laundry and large dryers And they were all fairly quickly. They were also many other machines that were large enough for many different sizes of loads six, nine, four loads. They were also staff there to help. However, they did not seem very welcoming. The facility was fairly clean and had, all the carts and extra materials that you may need. It would be nice to have some thing to watch play, play, or sit on. The only other thing that I had a problem with with the parking, it was very hard to find parking due to the fairy busy Plaza. I would definitely come back to this facility for some laundry. Hopefully the parking is not horrifying again. read more

Very clean and very quick. I love this place because they have this one washer machine called "the 13 load extractor".... Needless to say I can wash 5 loads at once, laundry is done in like an hour. The woman who works in the morning is very nice and helpful and she is CONSTANTLY CLEANING. I'm like okay queen, you really want us customers to feel comfortable here. Love that lady. read more
