This shop - a cozy place - exceeds the mark for a contribution to the broad cigar and local communities. I ran into H&S C while on foot, on a jaunt thru the neighborhood. ::: The aromas, and visuals make this fine place subtle, yet provocative. It allowed me to enter a different era. ::: In this day of internet purchasing - going out my way to visit Raki's was a great experience.
