The staff member even offered to check out my boyfriends leaky pipe that he purchased from another store to determine why it was leaking. I ask him if they sell puffco batteries cause I want the same battery. The guy behind the counter takes the pen and starts trying different batteries on it and hits the button to heat up then says those wont work and they dont sell puffco official batteries. I get home use the charger to charge battery then go to use pen and light comes on but no heat. I go back and tell them it stopped working after this and he proceeds to blame me saying the chamber is clogged and got burnt out cause I dont clean it. I clean it regularly and only reason it had residue is cause it stopped working and they try to sell me another one instead of taking the $20 hit and keeping loyal customer. Oh well.

I didn't think much of it as this brand has changed their packaging previously. (They went from glass bottles to plastic.) Sadly, upon opening this when I got home, I realize not only was it the WRONG brand, the bottle is HALF the size. I was given the wrong juice altogether, with Sapphire Nic to be added... when it clearly states on the packaging that the juice ALREADY contains nicotine. I was also charged more for this. I guess I should stick to ordering from online vendors. [EDIT] I just bumped up my review upon a third visit this evening. Thankfully they're open late! Going back, I wasn't expecting much. However, upon speaking to someone else & explaining the situation, I was at least allowed to exchange the previous purchase. (Most shops I've gone to do not allow refunds or exchanges.)
