This place is terrible! Do not wander in here because the staff is daft as can be. They cannot make decisions about anything when you have an issue with a purchase. The owner here thinks he can sell defective pieces and when one tries to return a defective piece the only option for you is a discount on another purchase. Are you fking kidding me?! I came in about five days ago to get a new piece for my puff Co. that's over $60 and spent well over $100 there in the shop that day, and it didn't even work when I connected it to the base. And apparently there's no returns or exchanges no matter how much money you spend there And all they can tell you is they can't do anything about it and just take your money. If you have a puff Co. or any devices that they sell there I would highly recommend you don't buy it from them because they won't give a shit if it breaks when you buy it from them or if it's faulty. Never using that shop again and same with the money money friends of mine that I've been going there for years. We're all absolutely sick of it now. Call before you go because the hours on their website don't mean anything. Drove 5 miles. Arrived almost an hour after their supposed opening. No one was there. Phone message system was full. That said, they have a decent selection of cigars, which is why I came. Hopefully the next place I try (using Yelp suggestions) will be more interested is serving the public. read more

Went back the next morning to have some resolution and they didn't even bother to try and give me another of the same to try-left the piece there and will never go back. the skinny dude with the curly brown hair and glasses is a piece of work.. i've been coming here forever and just getting replacement coils for a salt nic pod device. always $10. i come in today, never seen this guy before, charges me $20. and another $20 for the empty plastic pod shell that doesn't do anything except hold the coil. i asked him if the price changed or why it was $20 when its always $10 for the exact same product and was here just recently.... this man LITERALLY replies "well *I always charge $20. i don't know if the other guys that work here charge $10, but that's just how much I personally charge." Um.... ok? so you DOUBLE the price based on whose working and what u feel like charging? same product! but if they feel like ripping u off they'll pull a random higher number out of their a** and scam you. conveniently they have none of their products price stamped so i'm sure they get away with this all the time. I had a horrible experience! although the men that helped me seemed very nice, they offended me already by saying I looked 14 years old. I bought the 3 pod novo pack and after checking my banking a day later, realized they had charged me $20 (super overpriced!), even though the packs retail online for more so $12-15. I thought this had been a mistake, so I gave the store a call asking how much the packs were. They said they don't disclose the prices over the phone, but then proceeded to tell me the single pods were $6. Not only is this extremely overpriced, but it was extremely strange and in my opinion very UNPROFESSIONAL the way he spoke to and treated me. I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! I bought a $25 vape pen/battery that didn't work after its initial use. I took it back in the very next day and explained to AJAY, the owner, that this must be a defected piece and he refused to exchange it because I didn't have the packaging. "How am I supposed to resell it without the packaging?" he rudely yelled back. Dumbfounded by his response, I told him he cannot resell it regardless, its broken/defected/does not work. He proceeded by telling me to leave the shop and grabbed a remote control to the flat screen TV on the wall and threatened to call the cops on me. Yes, using a remote control.
