Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. The owner eventually took over and was even more unprofessional, raising her voice and telling me not to return if Hannah wasn't there. She then charged me for a full set of tips that I never received. I did a fill-in. When I asked why she overcharged me, she said that a fill-in and a new set of tips cost the same, which is a lie. She was nasty and derogatory with her words and started yelling at me when I tried to explain to her what I wanted. I also recorded everything they said in their language, and when translated, I realized the nasty things that they were saying. This is by far the worst nail spa I've ever been to on Long Island. I will NEVER go back. I've heard way too many people complain about how rude they are and the horrible work that they do. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
