I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I was just provided. It took about 2 hours for a regular pedicure and then an hour for my manicure. 2 hours for a pedicure is ridiculous. They restarted about 4x because they kept messing up. What is even more ridiculous is that they didn't offer any type of discount and when I asked for a discount, I was flat out told no. This is horrible customer service and after a year of going there, I will NOT be returning. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews. This is an excellent nail salon. Inside is super clean and REALLY nice. I came in for a pedicure and it was very good. Kay did a great job. They even give you a complementary two minute back massage when you're drying. Good color selection. Prices are totally reasonable too. $25 for a pedicure. $13 for a manicure. $35 for a mani/pedi. That's a lot cheaper than some nearby places. Across the street they charge $15 for a manicure and $35 for a pedicure and it's similar quality. They also have a rewards program so when you type in your cell number, rewards are automatically applied. read more

I am new to the area and really wanted to like this nail salon. It is very nice inside and very big. I have been getting SNS powder for over 10 years and have never had a problem with it lifting. I got my nails done six days ago and almost every single nail is lifting. The guy that did my nails did not use a bottom coat. Nice and open space. I didn't like that I had 3 different girls working on me at different times. Which they didn't understand that their tip had to be split 3 ways instead of one tip going to one girl. Came here on my birthday and they took me and my husband with reluctancy even though there were plenty of technicians available. However they decided to take us. First impressions the place is beautiful and clean, they offer snacks (chips, nuts, candy) and drinks (water, soda) while you wait. I selected a color from the wall in the SNS jar, because I didn't have time to look at the 1000 options as they were rushing me to get started. I have the jar to the technician and she found a gel color to match, for my toenails. The pedicure was okay, nothing special, they did use fresh new tools for each individual person and the chairs were new, that was great. Once done the original person who was doing my pedicure had a set appointment so I was set up with someone else, they did my Sns and the color chosen was not the of the color of my feet and they kept insisting it needed a top coat, at the end it was not the color and they decided to put the gel color on top of 3 layers of Sns to make the color match, and for me to make another trip back on another day to have them redo my nails. Fast forward a week later, all the gel polish came off nails, I also had three broken nails, and toe broken toe nails, for someone who didn't do much that week, seemed excessive. Since I was coming to have my nails done my mother decided she wanted her and would give them a try since I was still letting the place redeem themselves for my bad nails but she hated how her Sns came out, her nails were all uneven in length and height from the dip. Won't return here, sad to say but the place is beautiful and prices were going rate $40 for SNS no design and $40 for gel pedicure. They do offer massages, wax etc. read more

RUINED MY NAILS!!!! I went in for a pedicure with long overgrown nails. I asked for a pink and white French tip. The woman who did my nails cut all the length off they were completely uneven and left me with just pink polish. The woman at the front desk tried to make it right by having me come back today fixed one or two of my nails and redid the French tip but couldn't get my nails the way I wanted due to the fact they cut all the length off. I just left and very surprised by my total number. I had manicure UV GEL nails which sometimes they charge 45 sometimes 50 for refill. Today was 50! I decided to do my lashes there ( what a stupid fast move from me ). Lady took me right after my nails, which came out very nice! She was saying 45min should be fine as she got another client after me. It was not and one eye she was doing about 45min! She asked what I want and I say full set and told her numbers 12-13 14 I do usually. She said oh yeah I know. She put on me very curly lashes where my eyes look so droopy! And for this very unprofessional job I got charge 120! She said she gave me the glam look. I didn't ask for I don't like it. The lashes are heavy falling on my eye side and are crooked! Not mansioned my both eyes were burning while she was doing procedure! NEVER AGAIN!!!! And haven't see her use alcohol or anything to sanitize her hands while she was working on my eyes! Very very disappointed and mad! I see my fake lashes falling down and it's so uncomfortable! What a waste of time and money! They good with nails but that's it! Do not do LASHES THERE! Finally got around to some self care over the holidays & dropped in to get my eyebrows waxed. I appreciate that when I called, they recommended a time window for a reservation. There was another customer who showed up for a pedicure without one, and reportedly waited an hour for services. I was seen right away , which I appreciated. I went in wanting Gel-x nails and I was convinced not to do it and told to do UV Gel instead because "it lasts longer and looks nicer". This service was $90 but this is the worst nail service I have ever received. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. My nails are uneven, bulky, different lengths. Don't go here. Awful experience..... went to get my UV gel removed so I could have my natural nails and give them a break. I had NO acrylics on they were my nails just needed the UV gel to be taken off. I was told on the phone it would be $15 and when I went to pay the charged me $24 saying that cleaning up my nails was extra. So let me get this straight it would've been $15 if they just took off the UV gel with a metrocard and called it a day..... I could've done that myself at home. The mail tech didn't even shape my nails like I wanted and gave me half a hand massage (literally did one hand and that's it) I wish someone would've informed me that cleaning up my nails and buffing them would've been extra I could've stopped them and went elsewhere. read more

I was recommended to try this nail salon by a coworker that had beautiful nails. It was my birthday week so I decided to try a new nail salon. For starters this place is very clean and beautiful inside. My son and I did not have an appointment but was seated rather quickly on a Friday afternoon. My son wanted a regular pedicure, nothing fancy and I wanted gel x. The nail tech kept insisting I try gel tips but I knew what I wanted so I declined. The job felt a bit rushed as she kept reminding me that she had another appointment after me. It took some time to find the perfect burgundy that I was looking for and the staff kept trying to get me to change the color but we eventually found it. My nails came out nice but a bit uneven. My son got a pedicure as I was getting my nails done. I then got a pedicure. It was nothing to brag about. L When it was time to pay it was $200 for nails, and two pedicures. At this point I'm flabbergasted. I asked for an itemized bill. My son's pedicure was $55 when he didn't get anything but a regular pedicure...no color...no clear polish. Literally just a wash and clipping of toe nails. I asked about this they told me he requested the upcharge service. My son is 12. They asked us upon walk in what we were getting and I thoroughly explained that we both just wanted regular pedicures and gel x for myself. But when we were separated they took it upon themselves to show him the brochure of other "special" pedicures. As I wasn't with him since I was getting my nails done he felt pressure to choose something and he chose the least expensive option. This was not his fault! The gel x nails was $100 which is ridiculous as I have gotten this at other salons and paid a fraction of the price. Needless to say I would not return. read more

I can't review the manicure. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I for 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning. This was our first time trying them out. They asked me if I could come in at 10:30. I said absolutely, not a problem. We walked in even before 10:30 and they told us to go pick colors. We stood around until 10:45, at which point I asked how much longer we would have to wait. There also appeared to be three other customers waiting as well. Pros: I stopped in for a pedicure on my way home from work because I had some extra time. Although I didn't have an appointment I was quickly shown a seat. There are tons of ail polish color options and I had time to browse without feeling pressured to sit down. The place is clean and nicely set up. Cons: My nails were a bit long as I haven't had 'me time' in awhile as my mother just passed away. Julie, the technician, commented quite rudely and kept repeating 'you should come more' as if I had dragon length nails rather than 3 or 4 weeks growth. Then she quickly cut them and barely filed them. They are all wonky shapes and sizes. I was in the chair for maybe 15-20 minutes max. Julie applied the nail polish poorly and it is already peeling in spots tonight! After being shown my seat to dry the nails I was asked to pay and then forgotten about. Another woman was getting a brief massage - I wasn't even offered one. Another woman who was seated after me got a 2nd topcoat by her technician and I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. When I went, John did my nails. The entire time, he mocked my friend and I when we got our pedicures. Through my powder gel manicure and pedicure, I felt insanely uncomfortable. He was rushing through my entire service and constantly hurting me throughout the process. He was only nice to me at the end when it was close to payment.
