I was in a trip from Denver and needed to get my nails done desperately since I was going to the bad bunny concert the next day. The place is very clean my issue is with my nails first the guy started working on my nails and kept getting side tracked every 5 minutes he kept walking off on his phone and wouldn't return till like 10 minutes later, he was super rough and you can tell his attention wasn't on getting the job done. It literally took me 4 hours to get a simple full set and pedi. He was not professional at all answering his phone and leaving me mid work not to mention it's been 3 days and my nails already broke. They charged me $160 for a shitty job and design yes I got a pedi which was only $35 so the rest was for the nails . Be the judge yourself. The designs don't even look the same. read more

I absolutely loved my nails when I was walking out of the salon, but after only a couple of days, the top coat is peeling. I was skeptical after seeing past reviews, but the location was convenient and I wanted to like it, so I gave it a shot and I won't again. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I walked in and was helped right away, coming during the early afternoon. I liked that they didn't clip my cuticles, but their methods of dip powder removal weren't the healthiest. Before coming in, I checked on their website to make sure they had dip powder and they do. The website said they had a special running with $5 off dip powder manicures, but I had to pay the full price. That in itself isn't bad, but for the quality of my manicure only three days later, I was severely overcharged. It might be due to the matte top coat they used, but some of my fingernails have peeling top coat at the tips. For $40, I expect much better, especially in the first week of a dip powder manicure! read more

I really enjoyed my mani/pedi today. The atmosphere was great. I asked for the house special on my pedi and I wasn't disappointed. My manicurist talked me into using shellac on my toes and I love how shiny they are. The skin products Have my legs looking and feeling awesome. I also had eye brow waxing and the lady suggested I should get a full face waxing. And I'm glad I did. My face looks amazing with out all the fuss. I will add this to my beauty routine. read more

I've been here a couple of times and typically don't leave disappointed. I called before to confirm pricing on an acrylic removal and a full acrylic set. He said 50 for the acrylic set , 10 for the removal. To confirm I said , okay so 60 total , he said yes to confirm. I go in for my 11:30 appointment , wait 10 minutes (fine) 1 hour and 20 minutes we are finished. I made a remark on my left index finger asking for it to be shaped more , he tried and the outcome still wasn't to my liking so I let it be. When I go to pay he says 75 , I let him know I called to confirm the price of 60 he said , with the length I got it would be 75. 15 dollars extra for length was beyond me because I always get this same length and that has never been an issue , no signs up about new fees so I'm shocked. I attempted to receive the price point that was discussed prior and left unhappy paying 75 plus a tip. I catch myself second guessing coming here and now it's confirmed. Sticking to midtown nails , prices are lower , techs are more personable and faster. ALSO want to add how painful the removal was , didn't seem like the correct way to dig under my acrylic with another acrylic nail. Hours later my nails are still tender and sensitive. read more

1st time for everything. I happened to be downtown so I decided to check this place out. This was my first time in. I was the first customer of the day with no appointment. I was kindly greeted and asked what services I wanted. I requested an eyebrow waxing and polish change. I was taken to a small room that had a waxing table. The room was neat and clean. My eyebrows came out nice. The tech followed my directions on how I wanted them neatly shorten. She then took me to the nail spa chair to paint my toes which came out nice. I brought my own polish thought they have a variety of colors to choose from. The cost of my services was $12.00 for the waxing and $10 for the polish change. Overall I was happy with the service, experience and the final results. Would not hesitate to come again. read more

Do not recommend - at least for gel manicures. First, they remove gel nails with the drill and smooth out your nails with the drill - making them thin and brittle. The manicurist also filed and shaped my nails AFTER painting which left the edges rough and led to quick chipping. Moreover he buffed the top layer of polish which cause it to set incorrectly, making my nails sensitive and uncomfortable to the touch. See attached photo of the polish cracking. This is from the day after my manicure. From the drilling and the later filing I was in legitimate pain after my manicure. My nails have remained sensitive to the touch because of this. 10 minutes of googling will tell you that drilling your nails instead of just budding causes them to be weak and break. It is just laziness. My friends manicure was just as poorly done. The gels came off quickly because they only did two coats and they did not shape them in any uniform way. It was sloppy and messy. Finally, they are pushy about services and tips. I wanted to love this place because it is convenient for me - but it's not worth it. read more

Came in today as a walk in, had a slight wait. Painted/filed my little ones nails for $8, kind of high and the menu says $5? I paid the $8 just because she was pretty patient with my little ones. Gel Manicure $27, Gel Pedi $35! An extra $15 from a basic pedicure $20. A little high just for Gel, but they do a good job. They made sure there was a nice, even coat of polish on each nail. Love their work, just a little pricier than most salons I've been to in the past. The store itself could use a little TLC considering the area it's in, and the amount of foot traffic. Since this place is close to my work, I decided to get a mani-pedi on my lunch hour last Friday. I'd been quoted $40 when I stopped in previously to check prices. 1.5 hours later I walked out $80 poorer (tip included) for a GEL mani-pedi that I was told would last "long time". The nail tech was so rough, he'd nicked me twice (it bled) but did only a cursory dry skin removal. His work was substandard. By Saturday morning the gel had started chipping. By Monday half of my fingernails had chipped gel. I returned, showed what had happened and said I'd be back on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I returned at lunchtime, asked to have the entire mani removed, and was asked to sit and wait...and wait...and wait. In fairness, all 5 nail techs were busy when I walked in but certainly they could have started the de-gelling process. If you're looking for quality gel nails, this is not the place. read more

I have never written a Yelp review before, but this service was so awful I felt I needed to write one. A friend and I wanted to get our nails done and decided here because it was close and the reviews weren't terrible. We made an appointment for 2:30pm and arrived at 2:20. As soon as we arrived we were thrown a basket of colors and told to pick one, while the lady who handed me the basket walked off with no other words. We sat there a little confused and the lady came back after a minute and rushed us to seats. The entire atmosphere so far was very standoffish and rushed. As we were seated (across the salon from one another) my friend started to soak her acrylics off as the lady who rushed me in the first place sat me down and told me to wait. Once she came back, she started my nails and was again, extremely standoffish. I don't usually get my nails done because I can do them myself and they look fantastic, but when I do get them done, I expect nothing less than what I would do or better. When my nails were finished they looked terrible, but I felt bad for saying anything because I didn't want to make a fuss or be insulting. So when I was done I went and sat down next to my friend to find they were STILL "soaking her acrylics off". At this point the acrylic was off and she was sitting there in nail polish remover as she had been for the last 15 mins. When I sat down I showed her my nails and she insisted I say something to the lady who was doing her nails, so I did. I asked if I could get a third coat because the first was blotchy and you could see the nail underneath and it looked like a 10 year old did my nails. (You can see what I mean in the first picture). After I asked to add another coat of gel polish, 4 people were talking in a different language and sounded extremely annoyed about what to do about my nails. The lady passive aggressively took my hand and asked what was wrong with the nails and when I explained it looked blotchy, she started adding another coat and saying "does this look fine?" to each nail in a very irritated tone. I told her yes, and the color did look better, but the nail was still sloppy (you can see it in the second picture). At this point I felt extremely intimidated by the ladies doing our nails and like I couldn't say anything about how terrible they looked. At this point my friend's nails aren't even 1/2 way done and we've been here for an hour and 20 minuets for two gel manicures. By the end, I was extremely disappointed with my nails and my friend had waited WAY longer than necessary to get hers done. When we went to pay, they charged my friend $12 for a clear gel polish with a tiny bit of gold glitter at the top of the nail because it was a "design". Her manicure was not at all a design, she simply asked for a dash of glitter that the top instead of an entirely clear nail. This place was ridiculous and I will not be returning. I do not recommend anyone coming here to get their nails done. It was overall a very hostile environment and they did a terrible job. Save your time and money. read more

So this is in the heart of downtown phoenix right next to ASU.. Didn't know this before we started driving luckily we found two spots at the meters...girls day!! The place wasn't super busy when we got there and got settled about 10 minutes into waiting. I got the classic pedicure ($20) and gel manicure ($27) The lady that worked with me was nice enough but she didn't talk much. I enjoyed my pedicure but I wished I got a lil bit more massage lol... So that's nice... They became very busy right after they started mine, my friend, and my sisters nails. I happened to be at The Arizona Center shopping for clothes and decided it would be more convenient to stop in for a gel fill and pedicure rather than drive out of my way to my normal salon. At first they had me sit down at a table for my fill, but they began speaking to each other in Chinese then had me move to get a pedicure with the same person (not sure what the confusion was)? The massage was just ok, nothing special, but I did enjoy the vast amount of color choices. I was most disappointed that my 2nd toe had nail polish that wiped off after 3 days and now I have a chip in my middle finger that keeps snagging on everything.
