Both shot like crap,, my gas rings fell apart while cleaning my 300. before going to the range.. they sent a new bolt but had issues firing. I called emailed no reply. My 458 was a waste of money. I purchased a rifle from them through a New York gun shop, I was told they have great customer service and warranty. After a year, maybe 12 trips to the range and 500 rounds on their product, a critical part came loose and fell out. I wanted to make sure I received the exact part since there's so many different parts manufacturers. I emailed them and they just sent me to a third party to buy it! Thanks! Great warrant on a non reliable product. They sell you something and good bye and good luck! You're on your own after they get your money! They are not BBB certified and has an owner who seems to like to antagonize the customer and bring up subjects that are not relevant and haven't been brought up by the customer. I believe Juliya the Russian Immigrant owner means well. When I purchased an AR10 kit she did not increase my cost to substitute a longer barrel. I paid extra for an assembled upper. I received only the upper, it took at least 2 emails for them to agree they had made a mistake and had not shipped the remainder of the kit. They apologized and said they would give me a free magazine for their mistake. The box containing what should have been the balance of the kit contained some parts for an AR15 and no fire control group . Moriarti would not respond to my requests for a FCG group packet so I bought one elsewhere. I had to remind them about the free mag they said they would include. I unknowingly assembled what I assumed would be correct parts and it didn't go so well. Six months later after multiple separate "correction" orders from an established company (Brownells) and the time and cost of diagnostic work from a gunsmith to figure out I was shipped the wrong buffer size, I hope to be able to fire a functional ferel hog rifle. I have never had a more exhausting negative customer service experience than in my dealings with Moriarti. Save time, money and your piece of mind. Go to a known reputable merchant like Brownells, Midway, Rock River, PSA or Aero Precision. Consider purchasing a finished rifle for a little more money, especially if it isn't an AR15. Don't let the low up front price from Moriarti fool you. Be advised, if you request a charge-back from your bank card company for any part of the cost of correcting Moriarti's mistakes Moriarti will quickly lock you out of your Moriarti Account. I don't think you will see anything new in my review as my experience is the same as many below: "In Stock" AR-10 upper complete kit was anything but complete. Various small parts were missing. When I finally go a response, they sent me a second, low quality small parts kit (ever seen a plastic trigger? yikes) and they did not send everything I noted was missing. I assembled everything else and after several follow-up emails, they responded that they wanted a picture of what was sent. Before even reading my review, look at the threatening and malicious response I got from the owner after months of no response by email but immediate response to a yelp review. In July, I ordered 2 COMPLETE RIFLE KITS and was just sent A BARREL WITH HANDGUARD. I ordered both .308 and 6.5Cm but this seems to be neither. The barrel I was sent is unmarked with hand guard, that's it. The hand guard is attached with rusty bolts, the muzzle device was wrenched on with the wrong size wrench and the dust cover is not the right size so they just jammed it shut damaging the metal beneath. I attempted to email them both through their website and regular email. I get the automated response so I know they're going through. It's been months now with no reply so I've filed a dispute through my credit card company. They are actually fighting the dispute. I continue to send periodic emails asking them to make it right but have yet to get a response. read more

I ordered an MA-10 .308 pistol w/ 10.5 in barrel in Partizan camo. As pictured the day I ordered the cerakote had a digital camo pattern. The firearm was also listed as "In stock". After a month of waiting I finally sent an email inquiring about the status of my purchase. I was sent an email in return quoting the "terms and conditions" wait time. I was very nice and reasonable in my email. A couple days later I then received an email song my order was now being built and had a 1-4 week lead time. About a week later I finally received an email saying my order was shipping. About 5 weeks it took for my "In stock" firearm to ship. I'm ok with waiting 5 weeks or so but a little communication from them would go a long way, with out me having to wonder and beg for an update. Finally received the firearm and I was pretty disappointed. At the time I ordered it was pictured as digital camo, I received more of a woodlands camo. Whatever. Just finally glad I received what I paid for, whether it was as advertised or not. Not to mention all the chips and tool marks all over the cerakote. Got the chance to take it out and put some rounds through it. I bought a $1000.00 paperweight! I put 1 round through the gun and that was it. It would not cycle. I'm like ok, it's a brand new build give it a chance. I put about 10 rounds through it, manually charging it each time. I was keeping a close eye on the barrel, bolt carrier etc trying to pinpoint the issue. Got it home and stripped it down. The gas block set screws had already fallen out, the port on the gas tube did not line up in the gas block, the gas block set screw dimple was not drilled straight, but at least the gas tube was the correct length so kudos to that. And I'm pretty confident the buffer spring installed is not for an ar-10/.308. Needless to say it will be getting a complete overhaul of better quality parts and better workmanship. Waste of time waiting when I could have built it myself in less time and headache. How about testing the firearms before you ship them out? And also only accepting phone calls "by appointment only", what the hell is that? If I send you money, I should have the right to call and ask for a status update and not play games by email. First off they say your purchase may differ from the pictured description on the website. What I got looked nothing like what what I thought I purchased. About three weeks ago I placed an order for two parts kits, totaling about $1000. A few days later I tried to log in to check on the order and the website said my password was incorrect. I went through the password reset process a number of times. Each time it completes without any error, but still fails to allow me to log in. I wrote an email to the company and about four days later someone replied and said he'd let the IT people know about my trouble, now it's been fifteen days and still no resolution. I'm waiting to see what comes of my orders and also waiting to see if they can fix my account so that I can log back into their website to check my order status. January 5th: I bought a .22 lr conversion kit for my Glock 20. February 12th: the item arrived. Long wait time. Absolutely steer clear of these guys. I got a new complete upper for my build, and was stoked waiting for it to finally make it in the mail. When it showed up it looked nice enough, but first thing I noticed was it was really difficult to rack the charging handle. Lubed it up, same thing. Took it to the range anyway, doesn't fire. Give everything a once over. Take it to the armorer, he fumbles with it for a good half hour. We try again, and get it to fire, but it doesn't even eject the cartridge and is a nightmare to get the bolt to the rear. Same issue with 3 types of ammo. The problem lies in the quality assurance, the bolt would not interface correctly due to poor machining. I contacted these guys and over the course of 50 emails, they proceed to deny any fault and point the finger at my brand-new lower that functions flawlessly with other components. I gave them several pictures and videos, even went back to the range to fire an unsafe firearm to give them video evidence of the product not functioning, and they blame the lower or the ammo lol. They then basically tell me to fuck myself in not so many words, I'm here figuring out how to get my money back. Even after all this, for my own sanity, we take it back to the range and it fails headspace and timing - like, not even close. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. read more

In the complaint response they used foul language, then they used foul language in an email to me after, so I proceeded to straight cuss them out. Beyond that I am also speaking with a class action attorney to get all of us who were charged a 20% restocking fee for an item they never took out of stock a refund of that portion. But they( Moriarti Arms) shipped it to the incorrect address as you can see from the pictures. It was never delivered to the address. After several calls that went unanswered by the way and a few emails I finally got a reply of and I quote "What you can do is contact UPS and have the items shipped back to us." Well I'm not the one that printed the incorrect address so why should I pay to have it returned. I paid for the parts and the shipping up front. Not only do they offer hundreds of combinations, parts and accessories but you can create your own custom AR to fit your needs. In all my builds I have never had any issues with performance or reliability. I know there may be some nay-sayers out there, but you will find them everywhere. If you looking for that high end nail driver at 200 yards then this may not be your place to shop. But if you want a good shooting, have fun kind of rifle, this is the place. Here is on other thing that o consider, if you ever want to try a new caliber all you need to do is pick up another upper in the caliber you desire. Your not buying a new rifle so theres no new registration fees or crazy add on charges like here in Commiefornia. First, what I ordered a quad rail upper, they sent me a keymod. Customer service said I get what they give or return it. It took nearly 2 months to come in. Not only that, the barrel that came with the upper was NOT reamed properly. This led to not just malfunctions with feeding, but also live rounds being literally stuck. I had to physically remove my upper, with a live round in it, to manually reset the trigger then put the upper back on the lower to clear that round. This happened several times within a 30 minute time span. Had to swap out the barrel for one that is actually functional. TL;DR version: this company is no good. They obviously do not do any sort of QC in any aspect. read more

Really didn't want to go the "bad review" route but they've forced my hand. Made an order on April 4th and another on April 6th of 2021. EVERYTHING I ORDERED SHOWED AN IN STOCK STATUS. I've received partial orders, and it's been over 4 months since making the original order I was told would take 5-6 weeks. No responses to emails, or calls. Will be filing a complaint and attempting to get my bank to refund the left over balance for items not received. If they can't then "lawyering up" will be the next option. They said that they wouldn't make it right because their terms and conditions "didn't guarantee muzzlebreak or handrail accommodations." I didn't want an accommodation I just wanted what was advertised. After multiple attempts to contact them for a refund with no response I just sent the unit back to their showroom. Where to start? I ordered an upper for 10mm, its been less than a week and its been shipped out, supposedly arriving tonight via UPS. Upon arrival of the upper I shall update my review. This is lal for the products. As for customer service, they were good, I would give a 4.5 if I could but yelp only allows 4 or 5. I had to dig through my emails for the phone number of the representative that was answering though. Tony was a very good customer service agent and answered or called back every time I called about my order and was able to answer all of my questions. Tony was the only one I got through to on the first call and was overall impressed with him. Although I would highly suggest having someone answer phones consistently and take down peoples information or redirect them instead of leaving it to the reps themselves. I feel most people like having someone answer the phone so they know they were acknowledge and had the opportunity to ask a question and get put on the line with someone who can help immediately or be given a window of time where they will receive a call back. DO NOT BUY! Very deceptive business practices. I ordered a .40cal Tanker upper, after 6 weeks I finally get it, different rail and different Muzzle device. They explained that the picture is just a place holder and not what you will actually receive. They did mention in their description that the forward handguard maybe different, I accepted this, but I also got a diverter blast forward device in stead of the Tanker brake. I emailed them, they said yes its wrong, so I send it back, two weeks later I get back the excat same stuff and they said nevermind it's right, new guy was wrong screw you.
