Packed house on a Friday night. Seated fairly quickly all things considered. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Expen Overwhelming menu full of named rolls. Cold dining room. Every time that front door opened there'd be an instant chill. Food tasted fine. Pricey!

Went in today for Hibachi! Was greeted and seated right away! Staff is friendly and fast! Checked out the menu as it was a first visit for us! I had the steak & Shrimp w/ fried rice hibachi & husband has the Shrimp and Scallops and fried rice! I had the mushroom soup and he had a salad! This was one of the best hibachis we have been to since leaving the midwest! Food had amazing flavor and was amazingly fresh! Small intimate place! Perfect for a special date night!

Came here with friends for a birthday dinner and sat in a private room. The food was amazing, I got a few different sushi rolls and my friends enjoyed all of their meals as well. The service was good but a little slow and the restaurant was not busy by any means and that would be my only complaint. The private room was a very cool concept, and it was fun to experience something out of the norm for this area.

Yes, it was nice! Sushi and rice and everything precise. The service was grand, even going outside the plan. And oh the place: cozy and neat; sitting on cushioned seats, could not be beat. And as the staff ran, make no mistake: all was grand!

Favorite place to get sushi in the area. My fiancé and i usually share the sushi for 2 and it's a reasonable price and leaves us full. Prepared terrific and friendly staff as well! Every type of sushi we have tried here is excellent!

Great sushi! Good apps too. Pork dumplings were delicious. Nice cocktails. Very small place. Cool private eating spaces.

Now it is one of those downtown Concord places I circle back to whenever I am craving something brothy and comforting that still has some personality. Most visits revolve around noodle soups, and I have worked my way through a good chunk of the menu. The spicy miso ramen has a deep heat that builds instead of hitting you all at once, and the shoyu ramen is clean and savory in a way that makes you keep sipping the broth even when you are full. The Bubba pho and veggie pho are both solid, generous bowls, and the Korean noodle soup that started as a special clearly earned its permanent spot. Even the Japanese curry soup, which I expected to be heavier, if I had to nitpick I wish it had more curry flavor. My favorite order though is the spicy tantan, with a tweak. Sub the ground chicken for the soy glazed chicken. It adds texture and a little sweetness that really works with the spice. Service is friendly without hovering, and the pacing is usually spot on even when they are busy. The space itself is small, but I rarely struggle to get a table, and the bar seating is a nice option if you are solo. Portions are filling, prices feel fair, and I always leave thinking about what I will order next time.

If you need some good ramen, this will satisfy the craving. Living in Japan for 8 years, this place gets my stamp of approval!!! Sorry no food photos, was too delicious to even think of taking them.

Man this place was bad. Given the area I had low expectations and this was even worse than I…read morecould've imagined. The Tteokbokki was hands-down, the saltiest thing I've ever ordered at a restaurant in my entire life. Flavor profile was 100% off the sauce genuinely tasted like Play-Doh. The teriyaki chicken bowl wasn't much better whatever sauces y'all are using are horrendously bad. More salt doesn't equate the more flavor. Hope this helps.

I found this place through Yelp and decided to come here for lunch after seeing the photos of the…read moreramen. It's relatively small (only about ten seats) and at the time, only two people were working. It took a little bit for the food to come out (my dad was able to go order a coffee at Coffee Break Cafe next door and bring it back before our orders came out) but the portions were perfect for our lunch and my dad really enjoyed his! The noodles are dropped off on the bar for you to pick up and you grab your own chopsticks as well. We ordered the Chili Ramen (tonkotsu with chili oil on top) and the Shoyu Ramen, both with pork as the protein. The cook on the egg was great (nice and gooey in the center and the white was nice and soft) but it was a little cold and lacked flavor (could've been marinated for longer?). The pork was a nice cut of meat but despite being blowtorched it was a little chewy and lacked a bit of flavor also. The lack of marination on these toppings was helped by the fact that the broth was great and flavorful and if you ate them with the broth and noodles, it was satisfying! I think the broth was the best part; I tried both of them and enjoyed drinking the broth by itself even without eating the noodles with it. Overall, I thought the ramen was OK (the soup was the best part!) but for the price and portion I think this is a nice place to stop by for lunch! My dad enjoyed it a lot and was impressed by the authenticity for an American establishment.
