I would give them ZERO if that was possible. I DID NOT EVEN BUY A CAR FROM THEM and am HAVING MY CREDIT PULLED EVERY WEEK....despite the fact that I cancelled the deal over a month ago! I have called several people WHO HAVE BEEN UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO STOP PULLING MY CREDIT. This should be AGAINST THE LAW!! These people are acting CRIMINALLY! I am UNABLE TO QUALIFY for credit with SO MANY OF THEIR INQUIRIES!! We were going to have a deal...until I inspected their car!! It had a bent rim, messed up undercarriage and had many items broken or in disrepair on the inside of the vehicle. We filled out an app and took a test drive. i told them to forget it....so WHY WOULD THEY EVEN PULL THE CREDIT? I have spoken to several people who say they will, "...ensure this does not happen again." BALONEY!! They next day I get more turn downs coming from THEIR LENDERS!! This has happened 4 times now...this is not an accident. DO NOT BECOME THEIR NEXT VICTIM, as I did-you should READ REVIEWS!! There is a reason so many people find them disgusting! Their cars may not be the ONLY ACCIDENTS on the lot IF you do NOT HEED THESE WARNINGS!! This dealer is Very Bad and that is NOT BY ACCIDENT! read more

I had a problem with my dash cracking on my '08 Yukon and the service advisor was nice and has tried to get GM to fix it. They will cover half but it is still expensive. Luckily the advisor is still looking for more help from GM because it seems to be a problem with most Yukons and silverados around that year. Hopefully GM will stand behind their products and help out more! read more

I love this dealership. Started bringing my chevy truck for oil changes after buying from different dealership . Gary always is helpful and makes sure to always answer my questions with honesty. I never go anywhere else when my vehicle need to get serviced. They also help me to get dropped off at the car rental place or at home. Extremely clean and have free water and coffee in waiting area. When i was ready to trade in my car Gary got me in contact with Michelle in sales who helped me purchase my new Tahoe. read more

I purchased my 2016 Equinox on 1/12 and Roberto did an amazing job at getting what I wanted and the pricing fell in line with what I wanted to spend. Horrible experience. My sales person was great but finance was not. The finance guy texted my husband pretending to be the finance manager and confused him so badly he thought it was a scam and refused to cosign. Then lied or mislead me on several occasions. He tried to aggressively upgrade me on 'warranty' packages. Threatened me with fraud when the deal went south. I was unable to get my trade in back because it had been sold to salvage WITHOUT A TITLE. Had to have my 76 year old father step into cosign, in the mean time I was getting MULTIPLE daily phone calls from the lender on my trade in. Found out the loan was made to my dad not me. I still have no information AND no paperwork for my loan. The bills are all going to my dad in Michigan. I've never been treated so poorly. I got pathetic emails from the internet sales manager begging for paperwork the the finance guy told me I didn't need but called my dad for? (GM employee pricing) because the whole dealership would suffer. I will say the sales manager did call me to discuss these things but I work 4 jobs 3 of which I travel for so I'm typically working 60-70 hrs per week. Also, the finance guy made fun of my motorcycle club because I rode my bike up there to finish the paperwork because it was my only transportation. The truck actually went up in price because of him. (Lost rebates/ higher interest). I'm so angry I tell everyone about my horrible experience with Moritz. I have friends who bought kias from moritz and got more respect and better service.(edited for grammar) read more

Run away, NOW! Gave it 1 star because there is not a zero star rating. Should have read the reviews first and saved a lot of time. I had a bad experience at this dealership. Misled me to believe they were giving me something but then added the cost back into the deal without saying what they did. Thrn got angry when I pointed it out. Sales Manger (Monte Coon) was a bully and when I called the general manager (Jim Hardick), he started out telling me that he had already talked to the sales manager and didn't think there was a problem. Talked to me for about 45 mins. I know because he kept telling me how long we had been on the phone. When presented with facts gave subjective response supporting his sales manager. Refused to look at it from my point of view. Say they care about the customer but don't. Not even close. Will not deal with them again and do not recommend anyone else deals with them. There are too many other dealerships around. I'll take my 65K to one of them. read more

She is so sweet and will make sure you drive away in a new car. I was in a bit of a tough place, I had a new Mazda CX5 that was not big enough for me. I had to have a truck for what I do. Moritz actually went a bit farther than any other dealer to make the sale happen. It wasn't a knock your socks off deal but one I could live with. I just had my truck in for its first oil change and all went pretty well. I did wait a bit longer than I should have. My service advisor went to lunch and my truck was pulled up and ready, but nobody told the cashier. I waited for an extra 45 minutes ... I get it, people gotta eat, but it just seemed there was a bit of communication breakdown. They have always treated me well and I will go back and recommend them. read more

I scheduled an appointment with the service department to get some work done on my car. I was told after an evaluation (almost a week after my car had been dropped off) that all of the work would be covered under my power train warranty and my car would be ready within a couple of days. At this point I had to ask them to help get me into a loaner car because what I was told would be originally a 4-5 day job is now at about a week. I'm not an unreasonable person, I understand that other cars come in and certain jobs pop up and take priority, things happen, I get it. But my transportation needs for a 4-5 day job are completely different than my needs for 16 days without my vehicle. I was also told that the max I would have to pay when my car was finished was about a hundred and seventy dollars. Perfect. So I show up 16 days after my car was originally dropped off to finally pick it up and everything is supposedly fixed with my car and I'm good to go. I signed an invoice stating that I owed $0.00 and took my car and left. As soon as I got in my car I realized that the technician had obviously messed several things up with my car. After driving it for about a week, it was very obvious my car has a lot more wrong with it than it did when I dropped it off to them. I was getting ready to call and schedule an appointment on my day off to bring it back to Moritz to have whatever is wrong with it fixed, but before I can do that I get a call that apparently they screwed up and even though it's 10 days after I signed an invoice stating I owe them nothing they've now decided that they marked one of the jobs I had done under the wrong warranty and now they want me to pay them $500 for their mistake. I was slightly upset with them already over the fact that they had my car for 2 weeks and returned it to me honestly running worse than before, but then when they tried to charge me $500 for THEIR mistake on my car that's not even running right? They lost my business immediately. I managed to get them to agree to not charge me the $500 but when they offered to try to fix whatever was wrong with it I refused. I've been getting my car serviced at the Moritz Chevy since I bought it 3 years ago and I will not be back. I should've asked them to return my car to me immediately when the Service Advisor I had working with me told me that he thought the reason my car was taking so long is because the mechanic who was fixing my car was so slow that "if it was up to him he wouldn't have a job here". Obviously, now I know why. I'm taking it back to the Chevy dealership I bought it from originally to try to get whatever they did to it fixed. Hopefully they can save my car. I'm incredibly upset and disappointed with this entire service experience at Moritz Chevy and even more upset now that I have to drive to a different county to get my car serviced. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a joke! Especially the way the "manager" Ponches? speaks to their values Chevy customers. Called them in October to tell them about my brake issue. They said they have not heard anything so they wouldn't cover it. 2 months later had a fender bender because of the faulty brakes and took it in and because they couldn't duplicate it within a day, they said nothing is wrong with them. Told them if you simply Google the issue, you would see there is an open investigation with GM about the Silverado brakes. They said they don't need to Google cause they work for GM and know there's no issues. So I paid out of pocket to get my bumper fixed, after they out me back on the road saying I'm safe. Well guess what I got in the mail today.... 5 months later, a letter from GM saying my brakes are faulty funny how that works. I was transferred 4 times to finally got to this manager who was so rude to me I had to hang up. After he told me that because "I didn't tell them what parts needed to be fixed" they couldn't fix it. So your saying your CHEVY mechanics don't know how to fix CHEVY brakes?!? Makes sense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

I purchased a 2015 2LT Camaro from Moritz on early mornign November 9th. I originally wanted to wait to get the 2016 model, but other circumstances made me have to compromise for the 2015. However, I had done my research for at least one year and knew what decor and options I wanted and was willing to bend on some. I was greeted by Michael, but after he found my name in the computer and that I was talking with Derrek a few months earlier about the 2016, I was then re-introduced to Derrek again. I was a hard negotiator for the pricing I wanted. They threw in some already dealer installed items, and items I wanted (striping/floormats), but it wasn't installed at the time, they went halves on. I informed them that If I was to buy that day, I wanted to have the car with me at work no later than 12:45 since I had to clock in at 1pm. After all was said and done, I arrived at work with Derrek following myself and another sale member to my employer. I've heard horror stories from people that have been at dealerships all day working with the salesmen and sales managers to get what they wanted, but I really like the service that I've received. I'm happy with my sales experience, and the service department on the installation of my stripes and floor mats. I'd recommend Derrek and the Moritz dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle from them. read more

Several months ago I had an electrical problem (wouldn't start at sperodic times) that wasn't showing a code. The service department said that the problem was the negative battery cable because there were problems reported in the past with the negative battery cable in other cars. I informed them that the negative cable had been recently replaced. They told me it was probably a bad cable that was previously put on. Well almost $400 later, a month or so later the same problem came up. I carried it back to them and they said that the cable to the engine connection was corroded... So they replaced the cable earlier and all it was was a corroded connection? Throw 4 $100 bills out the window just because the technician didn't check for corrosion. A month or so later.... same problem...speradic starting... I waited a while to carry it back, hoping it would get worse... It did... So I carried it back.... Well this time they said it was probably the positive cable because I told them I could wiggle the connection at the battery and it would start (do I get a refund for diagnosing the problem?)... $250 someodd dollars later it seems to be working... In fact when I took it up to the service department, they said 'It may not be able to be fixed!' What?????? You can fix anything!!!! If you want too! It was just a bad connection of the positive cable going in to the battery positive cable end... And I had to tell them that! I said... i wiggle the poisitive battery cable and it starts! I am totally upset with the way my problem was diagnosed and handled from start to finish! I doubt you will publish this response!!!!!! read more

I just had the most unsatisfactory experience at this dealership. I decided to visit their sales floor and possibly purchase a new vehicle. I walked into the showroom and the receptionist, seated directly in front of the door, did not even make an effort to say "hello". Another salesman asked if I had been helped, and I said "no, I just walked in". This salesman directed the receptionist to find another salesperson to help me. She picked up the phone and made a call, but did not give any indication if how long I had to wait, or even if she actually talked to someone. I waited about 10 minutes and looked over some of the vehicle information, all within about 10 feet of the receptionist desk. I eventually asked if someone was available to help me. The receptionist answered someone (unnamed) would be here to help me in few minutes. After another 10 minutes of waiting and observing several employees (based on their logo on their shirts) walk past without acknowledging me, I decided I was wasting my time with this dealership. Never mind that I am a current Chevrolet owner and think very highly of the Chevy brand. I just don't think this dealership has earned my business. BTW.... most businesses only get one chance to make a sale, so Strike ONE, you're out. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Admittedly, it's difficult to write an unbiased review. My experience with the service department was not good. I took my car in for a recall issue, and did not receive a loaner. While I was biking to work, bumming rides, borrowing cars, and catching Ubers, they held on to the car for two weeks without contacting me. I had to call a couple of times for updates. Frustrating. Finally I got the car back, and the issue was still there. I take the car back in, and did receive a loaner the second time. The initial quote was double what it should've been, and after looking at shop manuals, getting quotes from other dealers and a lot of back and forth, they came to a reasonable point. Everything is now fixed, but it was a terribly stressful experience that I have no desire to repeat. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend taking your car for service here and I won't be returning to this dealership. read more

Horrible experience with their used car department. I just really don't care enough to write a novel about all the particulars but suffice it to say there was a series of miscommunications between my salesman and the sales manager...I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it were just one thing, but when it continues to happen and is always to my disadvantage, it becomes pretty obvious what is going on.... also, I told them in person and in writing I did not want a hard inquiry into my credit history until I was ready to finalize the paperwork. they assured me they were only going to do a soft inquiry. while I was waiting for the guy in his office my credit monitoring service notified me of the hard inquiry within the space of five minutes my credit score dropped several points before I had even made a decision. Then the sales manager promised me an additional thousand dollars off the price of the car over the phone which in the space of 30 minutes it took for me to get to the dealership turned into " oh that's already been factored into your trade-in value"... all nickel and dime stuff but reminded me of the wild wild West days of buying a car 20 years ago. read more

I'm not sure I could find anything to complain about with Moritz Chevrolet's Service Department if I wanted to...and I don't. My 2015 Colorado was due for its second scheduled maintenance. I called the night before and was set up quickly and easily by Mitch. When I arrived Mitch had me all set up and my truck was serviced quickly, not just for the oil change, lube, and rotation I requested, but they also handled a recall item I had forgotten about. Moritz is out of my way, but I'll keep going back. The level of service I get there is worth the trip. read more

Called Friday to see if the service department was open on Saturday, it was and I set an appointment. I had the 100,000 mile checkup done and the front rotors turned, new tranny fluid, full tuneup, rear diff service,and coolant flush. they gave me a ride home and the Tahoe was ready and washed by one o'clock. We were initially interested in one particular model, and she spent a long time with us, showing us several vehicles, and numbers for each of them. This service visit was for my Brand new 2016 Camaro 2SS issues. Front passenger power seat is not fully functional, front driver side door sill I am still waiting replacement sill since delivery date, discovered two business card size hot spots on hood of car, interior driver side rear side panels not securely in place on ceiling and side window surround. My service advisor is Chris Lovelady and he has been a true professional. Though I am disappointed to an extent I am confident and hopeful these factory issues it appears will be corrected by my dealership of purchase Moritz. This is my second response to this survey, not sure why I am receiving it again? I have been told my parts for seat and sill are ordered.
