    Overall, an excellent customer service experience. For context, I have a 2018 Jeep Rubicon that I did not purchase from Moritz, but will need service locally. I personally caused a slight snafu on my visit, as I had a service appointment at the other Jeep dealer in town and thought it was Moritz. It was a busy Friday, but the service advisor Justin Wells fit me in, gave me a reasonable and accurate wait time, and took a few minutes work through some complimentary service options. Usually dealer service departments are rushed and inpatient - especially on a busy Friday. It was such a pleasant surprise to find the attitudes of everyone I encountered to be the opposite. I also worked with the salesperson Sergio in the pre-owned dept to do a cash offer on a truck I was originally selling to a different dealer. Sergio made the process so simple and I received a fair market price. If you are looking for pre-owned I would highly recommend asking for Sergio Salgado. The Moritz new vehicle salespeople knew I wasn't there to purchase anything, like the internet sales manager, but that didn't change the friendliness at all. I had planned on servicing my Jeep elsewhere, but the whole experience changed my mind.

    Went today looking to buy a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe and came out today driving my new car with a smile on my face. Jose went above and beyond to make this experience easy and pleasant. He was so attentive and great at answering all of our questions with honesty and transparency, which convinced my dad we were at the right place. If he didn't know the answer, he would find out for us, which I appreciated over someone trying to wing answers. Thank you, Jose and the rest of the team-- My first Jeep purchase experience was better than I could've ever thought.

    In the trunk, the middle piece was completely gone and has not been put on properly, so it leaves a gap.

    We have been customers of this dealership since late 2014. After two purchases with them and many routine service visit we have not been impressed. Purchasing dept. Is fine but beware of the service department. I have had my spotless Grand Cherokee Summit returned to me with mud all over the interior, on the steering wheel, gear shift, etc. The most recent problem occurred when I had a leak over my second row light fixture. They said they would run a leak test, etc. They did not say it would take more than a day and I specified I would be back at closing because I work full time and cannot go without a car. When I returned there was incliment weather and no service technicians were on duty at that time. They seem shocked I was there to pick it up. As I hurried to get home before major storms hit, I noticed at the stop light, that they had not even replaced the parts they took apart to test for leaks. I was completely shocked. When I called to ask the said they believed I would not be back to pick it up until the following day, which I had not confirmed nor had they specified. The saga continues... Because of work I was not able to return to service for several months. In October I returned to have the rear headliner plastic reinstalled, along with an oil change, etc. I picked it up and once again the issue had not been resolved. The missing part was put back on, but not the proper way. Plastic interior molding pieces are sticking out where the part wouldve held them on. They are rattling and the seal does not look to be correct. The employees in the service department who check you in are kind, unfortunately they are never there when you pick up, nor does anyone do a "quality check" to assure your service as been completed in the best manner. Upon pick up, should something STILL be wrong, their only advice is to bring it back. Most working people or students in college cannot just keep bringing the car back. We have spoken with a manager, who after the first incident offered a Rental car, etc. Despite our experiences we have continued to be loyal customers and I am greatly disappointed. We would just appreciate someone in the service department routinely checking to be sure each job is completed fully and has been done well, and that the car is returned in the same or better condition than it was left left. That way, it saves time for everyone.

    Fastest and smoothest vehicle transaction I've ever had. Jose in new car sales was very responsive and worked to get the deal I wanted. Highly recommended. I love my 2017 Wrangler.

I am a lifetime customer of RLB Sales because of my experience with Jeff Crawford. I have bought or leased 8 cars from him and he's never steered me wrong. Jeff is a straight talker, is wide open about how his financing works, and can find literally *anything*. Maybe the best way to illustrate is with some stories. I wanted a 350z several years ago and Jeff found one for me in Plainview, TX. The cost of having it driven to DFW would have added about $1,000 to the price. So Jeff insisted I work directly with the dealership in Plainview to save that money and brokered the whole deal for me, working out a dealer-to-dealer cost price. He even negotiated to have a guy from the dealership meet me at the airport with the car so I could look at it and decide if I wanted it (it was love at first sight, of course). Unbelievable. When buying a Nissan Rogue from him for my +1, he advised us to go with the lower trimline for $5K less, then add the sunroof and leather after market for $1,500. I asked if he could add a kicker box, which he put in and rolled it into the financing (less than $5 difference in the payment). My son needed a first car and Jeff had a trade-in 2014 Honda Fit that had hail damage for under $4K. He *loves* the car. Have I made my point yet? If you've driven down Camp Bowie, you've past the lot at the corner of Byant Irvin. Drop in to see Jeff and tell him I sent you!

Came all the way from Waco to look at a used vehicle, had an appointment, confirmed the appointment, and showed up when I said I would. When we got there MaryAnn was in the vehicle on her phone giving me a call to let me know someone else had walked in 5 minutes before I arrived and said that I now had to wait for them to look at the vehicle and look at numbers before I was allowed to look at numbers. Apparently 2 people can't look at number on the same vehicle at one time. We asked to speak to the manager and the used car manger came out and told us that we could look at numbers if we wanted to. We told him we had gone to the wrong building in order to find MaryAnn and the manger said the people who showed up before us got there before us. Then proceeded to cuss us out as me and my son walked back to our truck. "Get the f**k off my lot then" We left and we to talk to the General Sales Manager and he said we could look at numbers and said "Well I don't want to waste y'all's time." He told us if we both were looking at numbers the other people who got there before us would have to say no to the numbers before we could say yes. Newsflash if we both looked at numbers and they said yes. IT WOULD'VE WASTED OUR TIME SO DON'T SAY YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE OUR TIME. I understand you can't hold a vehicle but at least it should have been the other way around. IF ANYTHING the other people should've been informed we were coming and WE SHOULD'VE HAD FIRST CALL. Absolutely ridiculous stay far away from this dealership and go to the one in your town.
