In the kitchen, retired Michelin chefs performed a similar action, wrapping world famous wet burritos. The aroma of freshly sliced vegetables, carne asada seared golden, filled the impeccable cookhouse. The dancing flames of the fireplace lies in the heart of Carmelita. Her warm breath nursing our bodies back to life. Crackling pine, a line of rosy sparks travels upward. We watch the show as we pack our growling bellies.
