Me and wife tried this place for breakfast after reading the reviews. It's a few blocks up from broadway but definitely walkable if you are staying at a hotel down there like we were. The restaurant is very nice on the inside. You order at the register and then seat yourself so very informal. The menu is pretty small as far as options go. I went with an egg scramble with onions and peppers and a biscuit. I thought it was like a breakfast sandwich at first but it's just the scramble with a biscuit on the side. The wife got the ham and cheese croissant. Mine was a decent size and was tasty. A little disappointed with the biscuit though. Wife said her croissant was ok. Don't think I'd choose to go there again but if with someone who really wanted to try it I would. read more

Was over here for early voting and had time for a quick bite/coffee. Parking is adjacent to the building at the intersection of Elm & 3rd in "PMC" lot - it's free validation up 4 hrs inside the coffee shop just know your license plate. I ordered their seasonal S'mores latte (hot oat) and it was a bit too sweet for my normal liking, but quality espresso and flavor. It could have been hotter - was like lukewarm and that's my only critique. I also ordered their breakfast sandwich but added bacon and swapped for white cheddar and it was divine - the biscuit and everything was perfect. I felt the service was quick and the quality for value totally worth it. The ambiance is also super cute and modern, lots of natural light, calming colors, cute decor, and chill music. read more

Ok, this Spanish mocha got my latina tongue rrrr. Wow so good! They make their own mocha with cacao powder, yums. Temperature is perfect for siping. I'm impressed the price it's just $6.50 for a 16oz not full of foam. And did I mention it has cayenne pepper ? Just the right amount to make you go, minion what? I also ordered the Devil on Goatback scramble and boy, when I saw that coming out for someone else I was like impressed with the amount of food. It's delicious but easy with the pink sauce, my eggs were swimming in it and it got overwhelming after a few bites. The staff was so nice. I asked her about her recommendations which is what I ordered. I live asking staff about their favorite. I came for the coffee so I can't comment on their food. Unfortunately, this was not good. I ordered my usual latte and the temperature was way off on the cool side. It was also very weak and it was only a 12oz drink. The mugs they served it in were better than paper, but had a weird texture and so was funny to drink from. Overall, not good and not recommended for coffee. read more

On the one hand, the service that I always received from morning staff was truly stellar. For example, when I worked in the area, I sporadically bought coffee, so I was truly amazed that the young lady remembered which flavor/combination of coffee that I ordered. On the other hand, the service that I received from the evening/night team was truly aweful. On my last and final trip there, the manager came out to assist the staff and would not even speak and/or acknowledge me, the customer. Then, I had to wait roughly 20 minutes for my order although I was the only one in the restaurant (the other clients were sitting and eating when I arrived). During "my extended wait," the manager made two trips into the dining area. He frankly seemed to be just messing around - stalling for time. I also noticed him looking in my general direction. I opened my order after I got home. The fries were over cooked and looked like they were discarded the prior week, and the sandwich was luke warm. The taste made me nauseous and lasted throughout the night and into the next day. I close by saying, "I love the experience from the day team, but the evening team needs a serious overhaul." read more

While on a girls trip decided to try a different coffee spot and the gps sent us to Mornings Ritual. We parked for free across the street but it was also a Saturday morning. My coffee wasn't as good an another place we tried but it was decent. The older lady who works there was very sweet and answered my questions. The place seemed like an industrial style. Because the coffeeshop shares a dining area and servers with The Goat the service was slow and not as personable as other coffee shops. My coffee was delicious and the cinnamon roll was okay.
