I called way in advance of an electrical job to change out my outlet behind my dishwasher to under the sink. I had an appt. for it to be changed with Brian saying it would be somewhere around 9-10am. At 9:15am he called and said his assistant had his car break down and no one was able to come. I asked if I could reschedule and he said he'd call me when he got back to the office later in the day. There was no call by 6pm. So I called him in the morning and he said he couldn't reschedule because he was driving and would call back in 20 minutes. Never got that call either. read more

Came in contact with Brian in a fast and timely manner, he came out Monday afternoon and installed a hardwire line for our soon to be ceiling fan, he was quick, professional and may I add very clean! He did what he needed to and was in and out in about 30min with no mess left behind! When we thought something was wrong with the connection he immediately offered to come out and look at it first thing in the morning, come to find out the problem was with the fan itself not with his work... Had these guys out to tackle what ended up being a small electrical job, although I did not know that at the time I called them. They were a little later than they promised but their customer service more than made up for it. They were literally running to and from the truck to get supplies, which is exactly what I like to see when I am paying someone hourly! Second visit to install a ceiling fan and put remote controls in to 2 other existing fans. Scheduling was easy and he gave me a great quote. The 2 guys he sent Chase and Paul were awesome they installed the fan and then showed me it was defective (sounded like a horse was running inside) when we started the fan. They said if I bought a new fan they would come by the next day to install no extra charge. They were courteous, did a great job and even vacuumed after they installed. I did get a new fan and they did install it next day. All around excellent and will use them again. read more

We needed a RV hookup added into our house'e electric panel. We had a few quotes that were all over the place, and some didn't even make sense. Brian came out, gave us the best quote, with an installation plan that made sense to us, it was a no brainer. On installation day, he came within his window of arrival, got it installed without shutting off our power. It was a hot day, and with 2 three olds in the house, that was important. It looks like the biggest complaint on here is scheduling & I can say we didn't have a problem at all! He said he'd be here between 8-9am & they showed up at 8:03! We had ceiling fans installed for rooms that also needed electrical run to the ceilings. We are very happy with the job they did! They assembled the fans, ran the electric & installed the fans! Edit- This is not a fake review. I've only dealt with two electricians. One was you. I had an appointment but you forgot about your sons baseball game and went there instead. I had to call to find out where you where. The second time I called you had an emergency in Valley View or somewhere around there and couldn't show up. I even let you know it took work for us to get out there but you didn't seem to care much. If you guys look at the reviews this isn't the first time he's done this according to Juan and Albois reviews. Canceled on me twice when I had appointments. Real bummer. Having to look elsewhere. I understand it happening once but twice? And the calls to cancel were very last minute so things were already put aside to make the appointments happen. We just had 4 new electrical outlets installed by Morrell Electric at a very reasonable price. The team was friendly and courteous and arrived (close enough) to schedule. However, they missed a voltage issue which subsequently fried a battery charger that we plugged in two days later. I sent them an email and they responded immediately and came back out the next morning to check it out. It turns out the person who originally installed the electrical panel messed up the wiring, so it was not related to the work on the new outlets. Morrell fixed that for free and now everything works great! Overall this was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs electrical work done. read more

I guess electricians around here have plenty of work. It's hard to get one to respond, especially if you start to ask questions. Brian did a good job of communicating with me. Several other electricians wanted to stick runway on the ceiling rather than run the wiring through the attic. Brian explained about the holes he'd have to make to do the job the way I wanted it. We scheduled then something came up and the job was delayed, but he let me know he couldn't come out and he rescheduled. I had two ceiling fans to install in rooms with no power in the ceiling. One was in a room I was trying to finish up and the other I was in no hurry to get done. Brian's schedule was busy, but he came out and did the first one and sent another guy out to install the other fan a week later. The work was done exactly the way he'd explained it. Both men worked neatly, explained their work and cleaned up any mess they made. These guys were friendly and professional! I am so glad I didn't listen to the other guys who said it couldn't be done the way I wanted it! I am very pleased with the way the fans look, with no ugly runway across the ceiling. read more
