Last September his tooth broke off at the gum line, Dr. Millard handled this situation with such care and detail in her plan to help my son keep her tooth and eventually gain back his smile. If you have any complicated teeth issues, you can trust Dr. Millard!! Outstanding visit- quality care, exception patient communication, great environment!

I called the after hours number and left a message and within three minutes Dr. Millard called me back. I explained what happened and she told me to come in at 8am the next morning, they are closed on Fridays but will come in for this type of stuff and I'm so thankful. Everything went well the extraction, and an additional procedure I wasn't expecting. They were not only professional but also very concerned about my comfort. They both checked on me several times during all of this and Dr. Millard called that evening to ask how I was doing. I've never been cared for this much by a Dentist and you can tell this is really one of Dr. Millard's passions. I will continue to refer my friends and family (that aren't already patients ) and share my experiences so people know going to see the Dentist doesn't have to be a scary thing when you have wonderful staff like the people at Complete Dentistry of Midland.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Plaza Midwood Dentistry and Dr. Hart, hygienists/techs like Weslynn, as well as their front office. I came in looking like a gremlin honestly, my teeth were in terrible shape. They worked out a plan to focus on the cavities first, then crowns and implants, but I wasn't expecting the huge difference, even with the temporary cosmetic stuff they did (I'm not a dentist so I don't know the right name for it). After my last appointment, I cried when I looked in the mirror and asked for a hug. Went home and cried some more because I was so happy. Sent pictures to my best friends and family. People who see me and know me comment on my smile all the time. They are some of the most caring and understanding people in the business. I've been to many dentists and oral surgeons after my childhood dentist retired. These folks are by far my favorite. We still have a ways to go to get all the work done, but I will always be so appreciative of how hard they work and how well they do it. Heck, I even get blankets and my hand held when I'm being a wuss during a procedure! I'd definitely recommend.

I received a recommendation and I'm so glad I went they gave amazing customer service assured me that it would be ok and that I could not be able to tell the difference. When speaking to others to get an appointment it was impossible but this company made it possible... I hate to say this but the work was so good he should have knock more teeth out so he could get them to give him a entire new set (joking). But this company deserves every Kudo I can give and more . I want to say the dentist name was Lashawn !!!!

I've been saving this until the final crown was superglued in place. You couldn't pay me to come…read moreback here for care that wasn't limited to glueing something on anyway though, so here's a full review of Central Dental in CLT. Here's a PRO tip: If your dentist looks at your mouth when you first start going there for check-ups, and they mutter "must be the infection" as the reason that your front teeth feel no current pain, and then NEVER mention an infection again, run. If you go to that SAME dentist months later specifically for sharp pain in the back teeth, and more X-rays fail to detect anything, and her best guess is that the tooth is just sensitive, run. If you go back in for a regular cleaning months after that, and the X-rays still fail to completely detect a now 97% NECROTIC tooth, RUN. If you haven't run yet, don't take her advice and go to her special Ohio-study-group--sister for endodontic treatment. Let's focus on May 12th at Central Dental for a moment. If your dentist can't be on time at 7am for appointments that HER OFFICE scheduled, and then gets an attitude with you and the two other women in the office for wondering why no one has appeared or even said hello at 7am, run. I know it isn't the office staff, sweetheart. It's clearly you flying into the parking lot LATE at almost every appointment. How dare I expect you to be present and ready to perform basic dental services for my appointment START TIME. You know how you could prevent that in the future (since you can't be on-time) just have someone say "hey ladies, we'll be right with you, the meeting is running long." That's it. Solved it for you. You don't have to charge upfront like Xena the Princess Warrior because a few of your patients said "Hello!". Also, I didn't need a timeout while the assistant was f-ing around. You can leave the lights on, we're all adults here. So yeah, RUN. In fact, run to First Dental of Huntersville. They might leave you sitting in the chair for 30 minutes but at least their dentist can catch more than cold.
