I had Rik look over my Closing Disclosure for a refinance that I signed with a notary the day before. Not only did Rik let me know I was seriously being ripped off, he offered to beat the rate and price that nobody else could match and to expedite the process immediately and close my loan within 2 weeks. I happen to be living in Northern California and he was in Southern California which made no difference whatsoever.   After completing my online application, I can tell you that Rik and his team worked around the clock to close my loan in 2 weeks just like he said. The communication I received from Rik and his team was friendly and professional of the highest standards! I never felt like there was any lack of communication. I had the pleasure of closing my mortgage refinance recently with Bryce at MortgageOne. A month or…read moreso back, I received a letter in the mail from Mortgage One saying that I could get rid of my rotten PMI that I was way paying monthly to FHA (it was something like $445 per month). I talked to Bryce over the phone and was impressed with his service and explanations so I thought I would take them up on the offer. Less than thirty days later, we were closing on a loan saving me about $550 per month with a lower rate and no PMI! I was very impressed as they came through I what was promised. Several pieces of documentation were required throughout the process but I always felt like Bryce was in control of the situation and had complete confidence in him. Getting a loan can be tough as I know from past experiences, but this was a pleasant surprise. I am already recommending family members and will send more friends their way. Give them a try!

Huge red flag this place! Lots of these reviews must be fake that are 5 stars. They had may…read morepaperwork for months before I closed because it was a new home and the construction was still going on. During the middle of the process the loan officer Craig quit, said there were too many issues at the office. I send all my household stuff to Texas because I am a 100 percent disabled Army Vet thinking I am closing on this new home. I called many times to Mortgage one but no one picks up the phone and messages are so full you cannot leave a message. The worst part is the phone just hangs up. Also left tons of emails they don't even look at. I finally got my first call from Megan my new loan officer saying we need this and that 2 days before closing. They ended up not meeting the time frame Lennar homes gave them because of negligence from the mortgage one. The real estate agent already knew they were not gonna meet the timeframe they needed to close the home, due to mortgage Ones negligence on the loam process. Lanier homes wanted me to pay another $19,000 if I wanted to close this the following month. Do not use this company. They are going under some issues for sure! Now I am starting over but lost so much money in the process.

I would give Vantex 6 stars if I could. He looks out for his investors and borrowers as well. I feel very fortunate to have found an ethical company that I can use to find safe investments for my money. There are a lot of unethical hard money lending companies out there. I went through 3 before finding Vantex. He returns calls promptly and his staff are wonderful as well. I didn't want to go into the stock market in 2007 when interest rates tanked, so I decided on first trust deeds. They are a great investment if you can find an ethical company. Vantex is that company. I know, this review may sound over the top, but I mean every word of it.
