Food, service, ambiance all great! I sat down right away and food was delivered 5 minutes later. Hot and Fresh. I ate the red steak enchiladas and they were delicious. I've heard the Mo's Burritos for a long time, and today I finally got a chance to try it out! I ordered the Pupusas Plate - three Revueltas (cheese, beans, and pork) to go. The order went with a bag of nachos, with some small cups of sauces, including salsa, green, and red chili. Nachos tasted like freshly fried. When I got home, the Pupusas were still hot inside, and the cheese still had its perfect texture! All aspects were so satisfying! The service was also very caring and efficient. At first, the online system got some issue so the store didn't catch my order, but the staff there helped me with it so professionally and patiently! Mo's has been one of my favorite Mexican food purveyors in CU from the first time I had their chorizo quesadilla at the food truck on N. Prospect. When I learned they were opening a location in the same building as my favorite game store, I was ecstatic. Mo's Bar and Grill combines the solid fundamentals their other offerings have consistently demonstrated with an excellent expanded menu that includes several Salvadorian dishes and a selection of Mexican restaurants bar staples like frozen margaritas and Corona, amongst some tempting looking agua fresca inspired drinks. Service is fast, competent, and helpful, but can definitely be more terse and less personable than some might desire or expect. That said, they are always prompt to refill drinks and chips, and helpful to answer questions about dietary restrictions and respond to any need a customer has, and to my mind that's all one can fairly ask for from waitstaff. The location is very bright and fun, with lots of spacious seating. I've never found the seating areas full, but sometimes the flat walls and hard surfaces can make the noise level creep up when business isn't slow. I haven't visited when the fireplace has been on, but I assume that adds some much appreciated warmth when the weather is cold. read more

I enjoyed my visit to mo's tonight. I was overly excited that they played bachata during my meal. Our server was friendly and funny. When I asked for a mineral water michelada, my server knew exactly what I was talking about! Overall, the vibe is on, they had a cute bar and cute neon signs everywhere. Excellent choices of food. You can have just about any dish made up of your favorite meat...and there are so many to choose from. The Elote is especially good as is the guacamole.
