A very nice and clean boutique with equally nice workers, at a very affordable price. I've had nails done here, hair done here, and everything has turned out very well. I've been coming to them for a while now but I will be starting to look elsewhere because while the prices are very competitive and even inexpensive, I seem to always get extra costs tacked on at the end at every visit. I will get quoted one price for a haircut, and then they will charge me more when it's done because they didn't include the wash and dry in the quote. I'll expect the listed price for a simple manicure and then be charged more because I chose a specific brand of polish or because I needed gel polish removed (even though I got the gel mani FROM THEM). None of these extras are listed anywhere, it's like they just throw them around during and after the visit. It's very off-putting and I hope they will be more transparent with their prices. read more

I'm Dan B, this is my continued review 2 of 2 Not to mention that within 1 to 2 hours my hair was back to being straight. The curls didn't hold at all. They only had a slight wave at the tips. Even when I got home 5 minutes later, bc i live close to the salon, the curls were falling off! I remember the hair stylist fidgetting with the curls after pinning them bc they kept falling. Why? Bc they're not about quality and only care about money. He didn't want to use more clips. Only on the ones that fell off he added 2 clips but the rest he left with just one and when i got home they were falling off! this was a test trial to see if Id use them again for my wedding shower and even my wedding. i even chatted with the hair stylist about a bayalage dye. I would have given them so much business. But they dont want it. They rather do things quick, easy, overcharging, with new people in and out. If they wanted customer satisfaction and returning customers, then they would be HONEST AND DO A BETTER JOB. read more

Last year, my hair was completely ruined by a previous salon. I haven't been to one since and was nervous coming in to a new one. I have never had a better experience anywhere. Lina took such good care of me and was even my hype woman when my cut was done. This salon will be the only salon I go to again. Cally washed and cut my hair. He was so careful to not go any shorter then what I have requested. My bangs were perfectly cut and the layers were so perfect. Kiki did my lashes, and they were so natural and beautiful. My eyelashes have always been small so seeing them like that was amazing. I 100% recommend this place! read more

Got a Brazilian done here by the owner and she was sooooooo sweet! Also not as painful as sugaring which I've had sone before. The price is also cheaper than a lot of places. It's also so fresh and clean here. Thinking of getting my hair done here too since it's def a one stop shop when it comes to self care and pampering! At first all was going well. They were really nice from the start. I went in and was greeted by Lina (or Nina?) in a very friendly way. I showed her a Pinterest inspiration of what i este on my hair, basically just hot iron curls. Super simple hairstyle. She knew exactly what I wanted and even asked what time my event was at so that she can have the hair stylist pin it for me so it would hold. Then I asked her about powder gel dip nails and pricing. She said the curls I wanted were only $27 and the nails were $37. I had already looked at their website and that was exactly what they listed on the website to so I was happy about it and we booked an appointment for the next day in the morning. When I got there the next day, she Lina/Nina recognized me right away and already remembered what I had booked for even though she was doing someone's nails. Which I thought was nice that she was on top of her schedule for the day. She greeted me nicely and yolks me to sit in the nail spot next to her where the order nail person was. She too greeted me nicely and helped me pick a color after I told her the type of color I wanted. The nails came out really nice and I can't complain too much about this because it's my first powder gel dip so I don't know much about it. I must say that though the dont look too thick, they feel thick. when I try to scratch my arm I can scratch with satisfaction bc of the layers of colors on my nail. But honestly they look great and she coated them in enough powder to give me a beautiful bold look. Now for the not so good part. After I was done with my nails, the hair stylist greets me. I show him what I want and he discusses it with me and knows exactly what I want. I'm feeling excited at this point that my hair will have beautiful iron curls bc even though it's so simple, I haven't learned how to do it on myself and I was having my engagement shoot that day which they all knew. He motions to wash my hair and I told him i washed it the day before and had no product on my hair but if he thought it was necessary I'd let him. At this point Lina/Nina shouts at him in Chinese, which almost seemed like she was saying something like "if she current want it washed just start doing her hair, it's fine." I dont speak Chinese but by the hand motions and his quick feelings telling me to go to the hair stylist chair and not the wash chair, I figured that's the exchange they had in their conversation. And here's where it starts wrong And I didn't realize until later. HE DIDN'T ADD ANY HEAT PROTECTANT TO MY HAIR. No product at all! He just heated the iron and started parting my hair and Immediately started to curl it and then pinned it right away which I wanted. He was nice throughout the process talking to me about how nice my long hair would look in curls. But when we got to the front hair sections next to my face, I told him I wanted the curls away from my face. He assured me that he would do that but when he curled it, or wasn't away from my face! So I told him and he insisted that he has done this for 20 years and to trust him it would look good. When he was done he almost didn't even add spray! He asked me if I wanted spray. It was 1130AM and my event was at 5PM which he knew, and he asked me if i needed it. What kind of hair stylist doesn't do everything to make sure someone's hair will hold. I told him yes please bc I needed it to hold and then he added spray. He was definitely nice to me but it didn't make sense to me that he was okay with letting me go without adding hair spray. And then this is the really bad part. I go to the front desk to pay Lina/Nina immediately comes, leaving her nail spot where she was doing nails on someone else now. I tell her i did my hair and nails and she charges me $72. I was anxious to leave bc I now had to get my makeup done at home by someone else and continue getting ready for my engagement shoot. So I payed the $72 and went home. When I got home 5 minutes later I realize shimmering isn't right. So I do the math and realize she OVERCHARGED ME. My total was $64 (27+37), not $72. All I can't think of is that she charge me for hair and wash too even though SHE KNEW I SAID NO TO HAIR AND WASH. She was attending the entire ring and watched everything. She's a good manager, even while doing someone else's nails she's Managing the walk ins , the walk outs, everything going on. So she knew, she heard when I said no to hair and wash. It's a small salon, she knew. VERY TRICKY PLACE, THEY OVERCHARGE YOU. Nice to you but they are more about QUANTITY AND MONEY and less about QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
