This lash place has been so accommodating on a few occasions now and I'm so glad I found them! I'm pretty meticulous on how I like my lashes done, also someone that oftentimes needs last minute appointments and have tried basically every lash place in Brooklyn and Manhattan- This is it for me! I came here back in June for a lash lift, and it was perfect.. I decided to do another lash lift this past Saturday. On Sunday when I woke up my right eye was red, swollen and itchy. I went back to Muse Lash to show them my right eye. Lady at the front desk called the technician. Technician said yes she had noticed my right eye was a little red after the procedure. In this case shouldn't the technician have alerted me of this? Lady at front desk handed me some ointment and said the owner will give me a call to see what happen. Received a call today, and the owner was very understanding and reassure me I would be taken care of knowing I may be sensitive to the product used, and knowing the experience had left me a little nervous to go back. read more

Last minute and an hour before closing they were able to take me for a full set of real mink eyelashes extension. My lash tech was Nikki, she was a sweetheart she asked what kind of look did i want and she even did the first 20 lashes to see if i liked the length for my eye and face shape. It was a clean and very peaceful shop. I would definitely go back again. read more

Randomly found this newly opened spot bc my friend lives close and mentioned it. I got 60 pc per eye synthetic lashes and received the 20% off new customer deal. Wasn't planning on it but also got brow lamination for $50 and so far I like it a lot! Not sure how much it will or won't fade but they said it should last 6 weeks. Forgot to get the name of the tech that did my lashes and brows but I was so relaxed I took a nice nap while she did them My brows were very uneven especially half my left brow is basically nonexistent to begin with so she did a really great job with the shape! Customer service of this place sucks to say the least, I got my eyelashes on there twice I will say that I gave him the benefit of the doubt when they offered me a free lash service for the next visit when I return my lashes were falling off on the eighth day and I was told that they lost one to two weeks and you will need to pay for a refill if you want to come back. I did my lashes October 18 and by the time it was my birthday which was 23 October my lashes look like garbage so I decided to take them off myself and spend my birthday without eyelashes. The manager seems to be a man , but nobody is helpful. Also the lash tech tried her best but I was getting such bad allergic reaction to the glue and the pads under the eyes. Turns out she used sooo much glue that I was barely able to soak off the extensions with the remover because it was so saturated with glue , thus causing clumping, tangling, and my eyelashes falling out in chunk. read more

I told her about my bad experience somewhere else, wanted a natural look and the length of the lashes since I wear glasses. A HIDDEN GEM. This place is undoubtedly one of the best beauty salons around. Their knowledge of lashes supersedes the competition. We've been here two times so far and both times it was extremely clean and neat. I love how cute it is and the relaxing music they play. My beautician Grace was very gentle and super kind.
