The doctor said it was probably just a virus and if it didn't go away to go to his primary care physician which was Melina Moran, which is in the same building as the minor emergency. The doctor said that she could do a ultrasound or CT if it didn't go away. A couple weeks later he goes to see her and dismissed it just like the 1st doctor. After going to a ENT, minor emergency and his primary he finally at the end of February she finally ordered a Ultrasound. They saw something not normal then she sent him over to a specialist to do a biopsy. By March 12, 2020 they had his results and it was neck cancer. WE ARE OUR OWE ADVOCATES!! Make sure you are persistent if you feel something is not Normal

Katy, the medical assistant to my doctor at this clinic is a rare Jewel! I have been seriously sick…read morefor many months now and Katy has been the one constant caregiver I have been able to lean on for help. She is a "doer" in a field of burned out medical professionals, she answers every call, she has filled out forms for my work on multiple occasions ( faster than anyone could ever expect), she has found doctors for me when my doctor was on vacation, she continues to help me even when my frustration starts to show. I pray for Katy that she will stay in healthcare for many year to come.

They are very caring, very compassionate, they listen, they take action, they are very communicative and quick to respond to your needs, and all are extremely competent in their respective areas. They never seem like they are trying to hurry up your appointment, they take their time to fully understand all of your needs. The office is very clean, welcoming and well appointed. Everyone was friendly from the ladies at the front office, to my nurse who took me back to the room, and to the doctor I had. I'm terrible with names and know a lot of people work here but I feel pretty confident saying overall it's a friendly place! Which is always helpful in a setting like this, especially since I still get nervous over everything... The nurse was great with giving me lots of information over a range of issues I've been having. I felt very comfortable with her. I felt comfortable with the doctor as well and I appreciated how well she explained everything she was doing/going to do step by step. That also helps with my nervousness! (For anyone curious, the removal was not as bad as I imagined. Even though she had trouble finding the strings and found that my IUD was lodged in a way it wasn't supposed to be, it still only felt as bad as a sudden, bad period cramp. I was wayyyy more worried than I needed to be!) I'll still be going to my primary for the majority of my checkups but this is now on my radar for more specific women's issues and I intend to come back here when I figure out what I want to do next for birth control. If you're a woman in the area, I can't recommend this place enough!

They sent my bill to collection without billing me. The first time I went there I never received a…read morebill then months later I went again and they said people haven't been receiving bills and I wouldn't get charged a late fee if I paid it then. So I did and then I asked about will I actually receive a bill for this next visit the lady said yes everything fixed so if your insurance doesn't cover it all you'll get a bill. I never received a bill again so I figured it was covered then a year and half later I get served papers from a collection company saying I never paid a bill. Very frustrating because I would have paid the bill if I RECEIVED it.
