I love this place! The prices are not bad and they take care of all their customers very well! I have always left their salon very happy and they are always my first choice to where I should get my nails done! I got a full set of dip for only $48 and loved them. I hate when salons leave your nails thick and clumpy and they do a great job with shaping. They also are really good at designs. One thing I also like is that the salon is SO clean. The front desk girl was sweeping while I got my nails done and she cleaned GREAT. Overall, I love the workers and how hard they work and they are so caring and so funny!! Prices are pretty comparable to a normal nail salon. I did opt for the $50 pedicure due to extended massage / added hot stones. That part was more basic and not satisfying. The chairs were nice. I chose a color out of a nice selection of colors and it was a bright purple. They come out with a pink. And then come out with a darker purple. Third time was the closest option, so I accepted it. If I could give this place zeros stars I would. Worst nail experience I have ever had. They had a young child use the electric drill on my nails, I now have chunks and divots taken out of my nails. I asked for a refund and they said no, that it was normal after having gel removal. I have been getting my nails done for serval years, this is not normal. I love this place. I came a little before closing time and had a welcoming experience with the staff. The place is insanely clean and there is no dust or nail clippings anywhere. I went here to get a full acrylic set ,, They have a young teenage girl that looks to be around my age running between working the desk & doing nails. The father who was doing my nails forced me to make them shorter even after i said i didn't want to & cut them anyways, he kept trying to change the design i had showed him originally, the acrylic near my cuticles is chipping off & he didn't fill it completely , he glued a tip down with nail glue & it broke off because after he did the tips he did acrylic then filed it all the way down on the tip. read more

Completely disregard that you have an appointment, and will make you wait over an hour before youre in the chair. Once you're in the chair, they will continue to prioritize walk ins and then will Put tips on your nails, leave to start doing another girls nails, then will come back and do 10 minutes of work on you before leaving to start another client. Then you will continue to move to other people throughout the whole process. Poor customer service and didn't seem sanitary at all. So disappointed in my experience and my nails. read more

Wonderful establishment! First, let me say I get my nails done religiously every 3 weeks. I was out of town way longer than planned and my nails needed to be redone. I saw nothing but positive reviews and now I know why. Lisa was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I had an idea what I wanted when I arrived but the hostess totally changed my mind when she showed me a picture on her phone. Lisa worked her magic on my nails and surpassed anything I had in the past. My pedicure was out of this world and the best I ever had.
