Very unprofessional business. We booked them 2 weeks ago for installing gutter guards and they agreed to do the work for $950 and confirmed that the work will be done 2 weeks after. Then one week before doing they work, they contacted us and said that they cannot do the work for $950 and will charge $1400! Reason they mentioned was that the cost for them has increased just a day ago. This is like an airline asking for more money a day before the flight as fuel cost that day has increased! in spite of being already booked. Can't believe this! If the cost of materials would have come down would they have lowered the price on me?!? Of course not! He came out and gave me an estimate, and his quote was budget friendly and better than two other quotes I received. Alejandro came today, Sunday 07/28, and he made sure to let me know when he left his home so I knew when to expect him. He brought help and together they did a great job getting my large home cleaned. Alejandro is meticulous and very thorough. My husband also felt that Alejandro and his employee, Sebastian, were very courteous and kind. The job was a large job and it took most of day, but these two men were diligent and amazing at what they did. One part of my home had some discoloration that could not be removed with power-washing. Alejandro offered to repaint this part of the home for us! It wasn't a large or big area, but most people would just tell their clients they couldn't remove the damage and be done. He made sure we were satisfied even though we didn't hire him to paint. I was very impressed. It's hard to find people you can trust with your home. It's hard to find people who are polite and true to their word. Pigeon PROBLEMS under solar :( After waves of research and comparing. Mosema came up on top! Their pricing was extremely fair and communication is fast! (I texted him) they show up on time and they even work on SUNDAY! Just Wow! They clean the gutters which never got done before, wash the solar panels and install pigeon net around the entire solar panels area. They worked hard and did an excellent job. I do have to cleanup a little for the aftermath but not a big deal at all since they work so hard. BTW My home is 28' plus high and tile roofing so no way I can go up there. I HIGHLY recommend them. I phoned around got three different pricing. Don't waste your time with other gutter companies. This is far less expensive than other companies. I have a 6000 square-foot home in Pleasanton. Alejandro and his son Sebastian did excellent job on cleaning all my gutters. Alejandro also saved me money by recommending to me not to spend the money and replace a section of gutter. Instead, he could fix the gutter. By installing some aluminum and epoxy putty, sanding and painting. Made it look like brand new. Also, in our backyard we have a 20 x 20 barbecue area. He ended up cleaning those gutters as well in the price. And re-sealed all four corners of the Eve trough. Very satisfied with the work. So don't think you need to hire the big guys and pay $$$. I called Sebastian about gutter leak repair and was acme to schedule in a few days. Communication was good via text and phone. Sebastian sent kukito ( hope I am spelling the name right) who fixed my gutter leak and they honored the quoted price/ very Reasonable price. I receive a call from one of their cleaners at 9:01AM saying they would be late for our 9AM appointment. What???? I told him our appointment was 10AM not 9AM. He was relieved. I hired Alejandro to clean a very large very steep tile roof that had a thick layer of moss built up from over the years of not being cleaned (north facing and common in this area). In addition, he cleaned roughly 32 solar panels by hand because the recent fires did a number on them and cleaned out my gutters. This job took a couple of days but Alejandro did a fantastic job at a reasonable price considering how big the job was. Places like this leave a bad taste in my mouth. Guy came by and quoted our gutter work; I said, I'll get back to you and let you know. About a week later I called to accept, and he had zero idea who I was. Said he was busy and I should text him. He sent out a guy to do the work that we had agreed to, and then a week later shows up at my door to say I owe him more money since the scope was more than we had discussed. First off- did he even remember me? Second off-showing up at my HOUSE? And questioning the quote we had discussed and then agreed to over text? Unbelievable. I would never recommend them. The gutter work is shoddy (worker came in a beat up car with gutter parts banging around in his trunk), and their morals are non-existent. We're doing a large scale remodel and would have had plenty more future work for them, but never again. read more

Called Alejandro back in December to clean the gutters and he was able to squeeze me in before the heavy rains. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable considering this was for a 20K SF commercial building. He took photos of the gutters which had rusted through and recommended replacing them. These were the original gutters from 1995 and were in pretty bad shape. Again he provided a quote to replace all the gutters and the price was more than fair. The owner has given me different quotes and every time the quote has increased. I was going to have both of my house and my mom's house done with them and asked for quote again. She said $220 for each and both $550 (my mom's house is smaller and newer and a few blocks away) I thought it might be a typo and asked again about the price increase in a few minutes, she replied said because I asked for a quote last year and I didn't hire her company and that I should look for other companies. We live in Suisun City and was looking for someone to clean our gutters at our two-story house before the rain hits us. My mom had found Alejandros's business and contacting midweek and was able to schedule a cleaning for the upcoming Saturday. Based on the communication itself, he was friendly, honest and hardworking (driving from Hayward to Suisun City) to pickup and complete a job. On Saturday, Alejandro came on time (actually 10-15 minutes early) to check in and give us a heads up he was here. He did a quick visual sweep and started to get to work. With limited help from us, he was able to clean all our gutters and even the clean the bird poop that was collecting up on the very top. What wow-ed us was the genuine concern of letting us know about parts of the gutter that needed to fixing and maintaining - which he was able to do and we were willing to pay since he was already up there.
