Alejandro and his son, Sebastian, came by to help me with roof pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and gutter cleaning. I recently had the 30+ feet trees around my property trimmed, so there was a fair amount of debris on my roof. The dynamic duo worked from 9-6pm breaking only briefly for lunch. They charged me an amazing price for the work they did, especially since I got three other quotes for the job. The end result was great. Everything looks clean and new. Alejandro did mention that I do not have the correct gutter guards for the pine trees on my property. I've been wanting to write this review for a week now... Alejandro was simply the most efficient and honest person to work with. We had a situation where the gutter was leaking water after the big rains we had a few weeks ago, and it's a fairly new house and I knew that it wasn't clogged. He brought a really tall ladder, got onto it, figured out the problem, fixed it, and simulated rain by taking the hose all the way up three floors all with a big smile. What a hard working group of people, wow! I looked for a company that does gutter repair and replacement and came across Mosema Services. After I saw what other services they specialized in, I wanted a quote for gutter repair/replacement and cleaning, roof power washing and window cleaning (inside and out) as well. Alejandro came for a free estimate the next day and provided me with his honest opinion and a reasonable quote for all of those services. When I was getting quotes from and communicating with various companies, his company was typically the fastest and most reliable in its responses. He appeared on time (in fact, a little bit early), was wearing a mask (and was respectful about keeping distance when there was no need to be close), and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. No complaints about the work. He also gave a guarantee that the gutters would drain properly (I don't think that is a big deal, since at this time of the year I expect no more leaves/debris to accumulate until next year), but that was still good to hear.
