DO NOT GO HERE! Rude, unprofessional, no responses, and just a terrible experience! I called about a car and spent 2 days trying to get information and a deal set up. The salesperson I was given wasn't even working while texting me, had his phone set to not give notifications showing through text messages with iPhones, took over 2 hours to get a deal sheet sent to me. When calling the dealership was sent to voicemail 3 different time until I asked for someone to actually speak to but no one told me my sales person wasn't working. I let them run a hard inquiry on my credit and was approved for the vehicle and was just trying to get to the numbers needed. Parker the salesperson kept saying he would get with his manager after setting up child care and getting off work early they never got back with me with numbers when calling no one would answer so I did not make the over hour drive. I called the general manager Chris and left a message at 4pm and never got a call a back and Parker never got back with me on if we could make the trade. I called at 7:30 to see who I was approved through Brian a financial manager called me back giving me my rates and numbers asking if I was coming to get it and when mentioning leaving voicemails and no one answering me he said he called me and had to leave a voicemail which I called back in 2 mins after. Asking to speak with a manger Chris got on the phone asking if what the problem was and if I was coming in and I said not if we can't make it happen and that it was too late because they were closing and no one got back with me he said to "blame the customers" because they were too busy and I told him if they were they should have more sales people and to that he said "I've sold 10 cars today and you're the only one upset" I told him it could have been 11 if they would have gotten back and he said "you could have just came in and we would have put you into rotation" I was up front from the start the number I needed to be at and that I wasn't making the drive unless it a deal before I came in. We were 1000 off and Chris said he added $500 to which I was never told and he asked "did Chris not tell you" and when asking him to do the other $500 he started being rude telling me I should've just came in and it's not his fault. If you want a Lemon Car where the digital dashboard and infotainment system completely blacks out while you drive you've come to the right place! If you want the voice command to randomly come on by itself and transmission, blindspot and backup system errors on your car appear you've hit the jackpot! If you want to be sold a car with known damage not being disclosed to you, Moses is your place! And if you want a service department and corporation to "recognize there is a problem but don't know how to fix it" then look no further than Moses and Honda! I purchased my car in August of 2021 with 8 miles to its name. I noticed dents in the side passenger door when I took the vehicle home. When I called, Moses said the dents must have happened when I was driving it home.Then I received a call three weeks later. Moses knew about three dents in the car but sold it to me anyway as evident in them ordering parts to fix it prior to me purchasing it. I tried to schedule multiple appointments to get it fixed but the "dent person isn't there that day". They said I must come in "immediately" or they wouldn't cover it. After a one star review on Google about the situation they fixed the car. I thought the nightmare was over, but it was just getting started. Since then my car has had a transmission failure error, blind spot system failure error and backup system failure error. The dashboard (including speedometer) and entertainment system blacks out and the sound will go off for 20-30 seconds and come back on. The voice command will come on multiple times by itself, stay on for 10-30 seconds at a time and then turn off. The dashboard flickers. The AC will turn on and off by itself, usually correlated with when voice command is acting up. The cars screens will load for well over one minute before ever displaying any information. The response I received for these issues? Don't use your phone with the car and don't use Apple Play. I quote from a letter they sent: "The issue only happens when a phone is connected...American Honda makes no representations or guarantees to the functionality of 3rd party apps with Honda's products." read more

We were searching for a commuter vehicle and already own another Honda Fit. This time we wanted the orange color and could only find one in two locations. The other location had very poor customer service over the phone and via text. I contacted Moses Honda through email and Travis responded same day. I told him it came down to price since we knew what we wanted and it was just a commuter vehicle. Within an hour we had a great price and told Travis we'd drive over to pick it up. We live 7 hours away so in total 14+ hours of driving for a vehicle. Travis came in on his day off (Sunday) to seal the deal. Brian in finance was able to get us in quickly and get us back on the road again. We'd drive another 7 hours to do business with this dealership again. Hands down easiest transaction ever. me and my dad went to moses honda parts dept to get a lisence plate light housing for a hobda element. we got the first one and we had done a continuity test on it and it showed good on it. when we had done a power test when the car was off it showed 12 volts then suddenly dropped to .5 volts. and we called and they had ordered us a replacement housing. after we picked up the second housing we got to our house and looked at it and the prongs for the light was bent and the light wouldn't go in. I had called friday 11-8-24 and they told me to call back on Monday or Tuesday 11-12-24. I had called at 5pm and spoke to a lady and asked about my replacement part order and she said that the guy I talked to Friday had talked to her and she told me that they will only replace one time under warranty. I told her that the metal prongs for the light were bent and that it should be replaced. she said she couldn't do that and they could only replace one time under warranty. then I reirrtatted that it wasn't my fault and that the metal prongs were bent. she then told me that the would only replace one time under warranty then I would have to get a diagnostic on my car. I told her that my car isn't the problem and that their part was the problem due to the metal print being bent. she told me to call Wednesday 11-13-24 at 8 am to talk to a guy. I then told her I would not be paying for another light housing because the part was broke when I got it. she then told me have a good day and hung up on me after I said I wouldn't be paying for another part. Wasted my time, wasted my money, wasted a solid amount of brain cells trying to communicate with their staff. I was quoted 3 different prices for a diagnostic test, was told several times that the diagnostic test was almost finished, but that they needed to be sure. They told me it was an hour long process, suddenly it took 3 hours. They're ridiculous. Quoted me 2000 dollars for a repair that on average costs between 800 and 1000. Shop around. My girlfriend and I took her 2010 Volkswagen CC there to have a waterpump and rear main seal replaced. We told them numerous times we didnt need a diagnostic because we had just had one ran. Needless to say they charged us for anyway. But whatever, if thats how you make your money. So after a couple of at least. We get the car back with a bill close to 3,400.00 dollars. So fast forward about a week I was putting a lower control arm on the car and I noticed she still had an oil leak so I brought this to her attention. So we took the car back down there after a couple of days the mechanic looks at it and says it's something else that is leaking and some valve in the turbo is bad too and they both need to be replaced and thats why our check engine light was still on. ( now hold on, you charged me for a diagnostic that should of came up before. The light was in when we dropped the car off and still on when we picked it back up hmmmm....) Did they really even run a diagnostic or did they just charge us for one. But its going to be close to another 400 dollars to fix these problems too ! That sucks, but it needs to be done so fix it too. Well the car has been there for about a week because they had to order parts and their short staffed. Totally understandable. But here's the kicker. Today we received a call saying rhe rear main seal never got replaced. What !!!! Are you freaking kidding me !!!!! This is highly unacceptable and very very unprofessional. Needless to say we are EXTREMELY MAD!!! We brought it to you guys knowing that it would cost us more because we wanted quality service. This is not quality service. This is more like a scam to me. "Oh they cant see the rear main seal so we won't replace it but we will still charge them for it." I want this situation rectified to my satisfaction or I will be contacted The Better Business Bureau and make them aware of how you guys do business. Rhia is some of the shadiest crap I have ever seen in my life. I think for all the time, aggrevation, and inconvenience we should recieve some of our money back. What would of happened if I hadn't noticed the oil leak and the engine ceased up due to no oil ? I'm sure you guys would of just blamed it on us and held your hands out for some more money.
