Well, used to be good until you order for delivery and they mess up your order and don't acknowledge that they messed it up and then they tell you to call UBER eats to fix it as if it was a delivery issue. huh? This was clearly a Moshi Moshi restaurant issue. Not sending you soy sauce for the multiple rolls- Sending you a 1/2 roll instead of a full one and giving you a noodle dish that clearly says w/ vegetables.. and doesn't have any. This meal was for one person close to $42. That's alot. I can understand mistakes.. what I can't understand is the restaurant dismissing your concerns... hanging up on you... repeatedly.. lying to you that it was fine (when I have pics of the order) and making you call uber eats back and forth wasting so much time on nonsense. I've been coming to this location since they've opened, who's ever bright idea it was to automate the orders and create an online ordering system for DINE IN doesn't understand anything about customer service and the service industry as a whole. I'd leave zero stars if I could. If you're going to turn into a to go only spot then do that. Sitting here and trying to have a restaurant experience is completely a waste of time. Not to mention my to go orders here only seldom come out correctly. This new system is going to turn this place into a take out and delivery location. Which is fine. But figure it out. My absolute favorite sushi place! Food is always on point, the restaurant vibe is great and the service is amazing! Highly recommend it if you're in the area. They also have a great selection of rolls as well as other plates. Parking can be a little tight but there's street parking around the area nearby. read more

MOSHI MOSHI! My go to spot when I was living in Brickell, especially at 3am when I don't want fast food after working or a night out! It's a great sushi spot and not too over priced like other spots in Brickell. This restaurant has a nice little indoor area and a cute bamboo outdoor seating area. I usually prefer out there for whatever reason. It's brighter I guess. The service is great, everyone's really nice and the food comes out pretty quickly. I usually order Nigiri or there udon soup! They are "touchless " which means QR code for menu and filling out complicated website to place your order and servers who stand around uselessly and don't have menus or take your order. You have to pay online too so you are on your phone all meal. Food was ok. Tip is included in prices which are a bit high. read more

I like Moshi Moshi, I really do. Their food and service is consistent. I find an inordinate amount of rolls are either deep fried or have tempura flakes but I'm still able to find GF menu items. My beef is they just upped their prices by about 40%. My eel roll that was $8 is now $11! That's such a huge increase I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Here is my $11 roll of 2 ingredients: Okay I should reduce it from 3 to 2. I'm trying so hard to give them another try. So I order salmon roll thin cuts. I get salmon roll no extra cuts and scarce rice. What the heck??? They are really testing my laziness for driving too far for for lunch. Moshi Moshi Roll, Yellowtail roll, and Kaisen Roll. The soup was the Miso Ramen soup. This soup was very large and I was able to eat it for two meals. Super fresh authentic sushi and thats a lot coming from me that just lived in California for a year where the sushi is phenomenal. So far this is the only sushi I will eat near me. Huge menu full of tasty things to try. Cute and little establishment. Definitely a hidden gem. Food is ready in a timely manner, staff is great, and it's an overall cozy atmosphere. The hours are great for people who work late or for after being out at the bars. Doesnt break the bank either. Came at 12 am on a Saturday and it was relatively full. Small, quaint spot. Menu has a wide selection of sushi available, with even a chicken and steak roll available. That being said, the quality and the service were lacking. Our server never brought us water, and we had to ask for it when they went straight to asking us what we wanted to order. I ordered the dragon roll and my boyfriend ordered salmon jalapeño and tuna roll. The quality of the latter two was lacking, you could tell the fish was not fresh. The dragon roll, which is pretty hard to mess up, was also not great in flavor. The asparagus was too thick and overbearing. Also, they put the ginger right next to the roll which ruined the last two pieces (4 for me, considering I ordered two dragon rolls) Basically - cheap enough that I don't feel robbed but probably won't be coming back. read more

My fiance and I were craving some sushi and I had previously attempted to come here based on yelp reviews, but we were with a group of friends and they insisted on Sushi Sake. However, this time we ditched our people, and followed the Yelp to here. Needless to say, our friends make poor choices, and miss out big time. First impression: very small, divey type restaurant with 3 booths when you first walk in, but they have an enclosed patio around the corner with more seating. Nice little place, but nothing fancy. This is a place you go for the food and service. My fiance and I were hungry, and as we noticed that the prices were on the lower end compared to most sushi spots, we ordered like monsters. We ordered, tuna tataki, miso soup, ginger salad, calamari tempura, volcano roll, moshi moshi roll, shrimp fried rice, and the tempura ice cream. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. We did not expect it, but the servings were HUGE. And the food was incredible. Everything. Was. Incredible. Like amazing. I can't go through each thing, but for sure get the rice and that is enough for 4-6 people, and the moshi moshi roll. She smiled like if I came from another planet. I work for my money and 16% is unacceptable. My company felt uncomfortable and I had no choice than to pay it.
