The attitudes we get everytime we're here is astonishing. Especially from Gigi - who was the original sales person. It's ridiculous. Everytime we've come in since original purchase is we're told there was no original purchase even though the original sales person remembers. Their system can't find the order. Then can magically find some details under my name which makes no sense because it was a surprise engagement. My ring got resized recently (my husband was told at sales time lifetime resizing - but they declined this and advised it was full price. They eventually wavered and gave it to us at no cost which I did appreciate) and I realized after a few days I picked it up that there was a massive gap on one side that I hand noticed before. So I brought it back in. Of course I get an attitude about it. The First lady told me that it was my fault there was a chip on it. Then she took it to the jeweler who stated he's NEVER touched my ring ever in his life. Again, we bought it here, have had it resized once before this resuzing and then it had been resized a week prior to this interaction. Long story short - Mary (who is the most helpful person in this store) said she would take care of it. Would be completely redone. They called us and let us know it was completed. All better. I go in and it's almost exactly the same. Barely any different at all. They take us back to the jeweler who tells us that it's the head is crooked and the only way to resolve would be to get a whole new head. At their expense. Great, let's get this taken care of. I even at this point offered another solution where we would take on some of the cost and maybe upgrade the ring. We were told we would get a quote by the end of the day. We left again and less than 2-3 hours later we get a text with a video sayings it's completely fixed and resolved and we can come pick up the ring. No quote. Here we are again, at the store right now and it's still imperfect which I'm just at this point going to settle for because I'm so massively over this place and the customer service we've received. Never ever again.

Unfortunately, they have hired others to help with repairs and don't communicate fully to the customers the effective outcome. I brought a beautiful Our Lady of Guadalupe pendant in to re-affix the lady to the backing. The soldering done removed the gold accents. When I returned thinking I was given a different piece by mistake, I was told matter-of-factly that is what happens. My daughter was very disappointed since this is a special item to her! I was not given any apology nor any offer to correct the problem. Thankfully, she found another online and purchased her own replacement. The owner's wife told me that if she could find it for the price she should buy it! No thought about our great disappointment and stress this caused even though we found a remedy without Almaza's help. No refund for damaged item.

The ring was a little dirty when I dropped it off but not so dirty you'd assume it was black... (it's a custom made one of a kind silver nugget ring). When I picked up the ring it was painted black in the nugget creases, they said it was "antiqued". I only asked for the band to be to be repaired and the ring wasn't "antiqued" to begin with so that was disappointing. I still want to give this store 4 stars though because they fixed the mistake quickly and I was able to pick it back up in a few days. I will be using them for future repairs but I will make sure to be clear to only fix what is asked.
