Purchased my first real luxury watch (own a lot of Tissot/Hamilton watches) that I had my eye on for a while. The process was a bit stressful since the first watch I got, I noticed in sunlight that it had scratches on the bezel. Took it back and they admitted that the watch was returned before in February. They were very sorry and told me it was a mistake and exchanged for another watch. Next day I noticed that there was particles inside the dial. Took the watch to the Omega boutique and they confirmed that the watch would need to be opened and cleaned (partial service). Went back to them (I was upset and out of patience at this point) and they ordered me a new watch right away from Omega with overnight shipping. This time it was not their fault since since it was a small manufacturer defect which is beyond their control. I was getting a bit frustrated but Frank was great to work with and I would buy more watches from him in future! Overall my customer service experience from him was excellent and they took immediate action to resolve all the issues! read more

A very pleasant experience. I had a high end Bucherer watch needing a battery replacement. This is not the kind of watch you take to the mall kiosk. I was warmly greeted when entering the store; led to the service desk and greeted again. Both greeters offered me water, a soft drink or coffee. I was given a very reasonable service price and the watch was ready in 20 minutes. Not only was the battery replaced, but the watchmaker steam cleaned the case and band and returned a sparkling timepiece. While waiting, I took a look at the beautiful jewelry and timepieces on display. Zadok's carries high-end watches. Beautiful, expensive and undeniably desirable. Today, while shopping around the galleria with my family. We decided to stop in to Zadoks to get my engagement ring serviced which I purchased from them 2 years ago. (Luis was our salesman and he was wonderful!). Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and was offered assistance. While waiting for my ring to be finished, the sheriff walked from the back of the room to the front of the room and stared right at me and my family for the whole duration that we were there. Mr. Sheriff made it very apparent that he had his eyes on us because he and I made eye contact several times. While I was not there to purchase anything this time around, I did not appreciate the judgement that was passed. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. While my past experience was wonderful at Zadok's, because of this I would go somewhere where I wouldn't be judged as a crook. For reference: My family consists of my 75 y/o mother, brother and sister. We do not look like thugs, just a simple ordinary family that was dressed in jeans and T-shirts.
