There were no hidden fees or surprises when I checked out to pay, unlike other companies I've booked with. Their rates are reasonable and fair too. We hired for an in-town move with an afternoon start. They were great!! They arrived at the exact minute they said they were & got immediately to work. Shaheed, Dave & Cam were the best crew. I wanted to update this sooner, but moving takes a lot of your mental energy and time. That being said...I cannot rave about this business more (I mean I can but I won't). First, I can't thank Marquane enough for helping us move last minute. I travel a lot and my fiancé is always busy at the hospital (life of a resident), so we had no time (or energy) to pack and move. They literally took care of everything. I contacted a lot of places and Most Valuable Moving was literally the best. Requirements that I asked all the moving companies: 1. Will you supply the boxes (etc), disassemble, pack, and move? 10/10 - As stated, I'm always gone so I needed someone who can supply and pack literally everything. 2. Are you 100% insured. 10/10 - I contacted a lot of places. You would think this would be common, but it's not. Other places have the $0.60/lb...which for a $1500 tv that weighs 60lbs...terrible. But they are pros, nothing was damaged or broken. And that's them going up 2 flights of big stairs. 3. Will you update throughout the day? Personable and Professional. 10/10 - Marquane kept me updated literally by the minute via text. 4. How much time will you need to pack an apartment? Efficient and Effective. 10/10 - They packed an entire apartment in one morning: disassemble, wrapped, boxed, etc everything. Nothing was broken. 5. Last minute. 20/10 :D - As I travel so much, my schedule is hard to accommodate but they did it. We will definitely use them again in the future. Most Valuable Moving is the BEST!!! I have moved several times over the years and this was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had. Shaheed, Dave, Jay and Que were the movers. They were on time, communicated effectively, were professional, friendly, funny and efficient. I moved from a one story to a two story and they went out of their way to get the stuff into the correct rooms, helped me get the garage situated with my storage racks and didnt break a thing. :) I needed four trucks and two FULL days to get moved and they came back after a LONG day with smiles on their faces and ready to go again. Even before the move, communication was by far the best between the 4 companies I was in contact with. Confirmations days leading up to the move. Prices are definitely the best around... they answered all my questions and concerns. On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time (a relief as my last moving experience they were 3 hrs late).
