Guys were very nice and worked hard. However, even with things being shrink wrapped, several items of furniture were damaged, damages that can't be fixed. Many boxes, even though they were clearly labeled fragile, were treated without caution, some even dropped and fell open on the floor. There were several dents made on the walls when taking furniture upstairs, the floors scratched from them dragging furniture instead of picking it up. Would definitely not hire them again, their prices might be good but the cost of all the damages is worth a lot more than what you're saving. read more

I would recommend Most Valuable Moving to my friends. First, they responded back to me with a quote very quickly with specific details. The communication was great from the beginning to the end. The movers showed up early and were ready to go. They wasted no time and were very efficient. We had to move my mom from a 3-bedroom house with a garage to a 1-bedroom apartment. There were a lot of stuff but the 2 movers were able to finish the entire work, with over 2 hour drive (100+ miles one-way) in 6 hours and 40 minutes. Expected my two bedroom move to take 6-7 hours. They took ten. The movers had no hustle- walked slowly to and from the apartment, frequently stopped to check their phones and talk to each other. Asked me about every item if it was going or not. I told them about ten times to take everything from the house. I booked the move at 9:30am. I expected to have plenty of time to set up my four year old daughter's room before bedtime and get her to bed. Moving is hard for kids and she has trouble sleeping- routine and having her space set up is super important. Her bedtime is at 7- at 8:30 the movers finished and I had to scramble to get her bedroom set up while she screamed because she was overtired. It was a nightmare. The owner originally was kind and took two hours off of my moving costs. He had told me it should've taken half as long to unload as it did to load- it took more time to load. When I had a night to sleep on it and think about the fact he told me it should've been closer to 7 hours I reached out again. He basically told me that he wasn't going to refund me anymore and tough luck. I let him know I was missing parts to my tv mounts and would need to replace them and he said he would refund me. He didn't. I'm extremely unhappy and wish I had never used this company. read more
