Marat and his partner displayed exceptional service during our move from OC to SJ. We scheduled for pickup at 3pm the previous day and 7am the morning of our move. They arrived on the dot and started wrapping/loading all the furniture and boxes very carefully and efficiently. He initially explained all the details over the phone regarding the move and cost while answering all our questions very professionally, which made us confident in our choice to go with SoCal Quality Movers. It took around 6-7 hours for them to arrive with our boxes and they unloaded our items to the 2nd floor apartment without any issues. Due to circumstances, it was just Marat doing the unloading this time yet he worked very efficiently and finished the unload is just a few hours, with no damage to any of our belongings.
