Luis was an awesome artist. I DMd him on his Instagram account @2tattz on Instagram and sent him a few ideas on what I wanted. We quickly set up a consultation and he showed me a perfect sketch of what I wanted. I wasn't sure what it would look like without shading but it turned out being the coolest tattoo. Did an amazing job and it barely hurt for a full back tattoo. The healing was super quick as well.

Just got my first tattoo. Daniel was so patient in helping me design the tattoo. He took his time to get it right. Even when he was doing the tattoo, I had to make a change and he stopped and made the change. Would definitely go back.

I guess I should start with a backstory first. I was searching for a tattoo shop in LA to get my latest tattoo, but I was hesitant because most of the legitimate shops are so expensive. I decided to drop the new tattoo idea since I am trying to save money. Then serendipity happened. I went to a bookstore to buy a new novel and the employee's tattoo caught my eye. It was an extremely intricate and perfectly done piece that looked freshly done so I asked her where she had gotten it done. She said her friend Alex did it and that he worked at Most Wanted Ink, so I gave him a call. Four hours later I was in the shop showing Alex the tattoo I wanted. I was seriously nervous because this was just a random tattoo shop and the tattoo I wanted required very fine-line work. Alex was friendly and easy to talk to throughout the session. Great customer service. But customer service aside, down to the main reason for my review: I was absolutely blown away by the end result. Alex did a superb job with the thin, curved lines my piece required. I was squealing with delight at the end of it and in my car ride back home. I love my tattoo so much!! Do yourself a favor and get a tattoo from this shop; black and white from Alex, color and classics from Darren, and portraits from Julio. You will be thrilled that you did. Thank you so much Alex! I couldn't be happier with the new addition to my body, and I will be back for another.

The lady working botched my friends and I's piercing on Friday the 13th. Placement was wrong and she placed my earring so tight they SUNK INTO MY EAR the same night and I had to go to the ER. My daughter went in today to get her ears double pierced and fix uneven piercings from when she was a toddler. She is about to be 12 and her nerves were a little shot... My thanks to Luis, who was patient, gentle, and reassuring to my daughter (and me!). Her piercings look great, she barely felt any pain, care was simply explained, and the price was right. My favorite tattoo place in town by far! The prices are ideal & the art is outstanding! We scheduled a lil tattoo party for 5 of my friends & I. Came in at 4 & left at around 1AM with 6 finished masterpieces. Luis handled all 6 of us & my favorite part is that he is extremely dedicated to his artwork. His phone could be blowing up, but he keeps his mind on the prize & takes minimal breaks unless you ask for it. They give you an option as far as what kind of music you'd like to listen to while they are drilling on you. They offer ideas on your tattoos, but will do anything you want them to do. First time here and I am very happy. I have had a terrible tattoo on my leg for so many years and it was so dark that I worried about how I was going to cover it up, Luis came highly recommended and I am over the top Happy that I came to him. I thought for sure their would be some visibility of the original tattoo but Luis did such great work that it doesn't even look like a cover up. It just doesn't get any better than this. Anyone looking for a simple pricing go to Sally's beauty or any professional place. I walked in here looking for an ear piercing and had a girl directed me to the back to sit down. Seemed usual. She approached and said sorry my hands are shaking and her hands were SHAKING. " I had too much coffee" which by my own fault should have been a red flag. I proceeded with my first piercing having no knowledge of the process. She stuck the needle about half way through my ear where it stuck. Then wiggled a bit and shoved the rest through stating she was sorry. I know this is not how a piercing should go. It's been well over 12 weeks and still hasn't healed probably. Anyone who is working at a professional body art establishment should not have shaky hands for any reason. Can't speak on the tattoos. But they can't be done with shaking hands either. Just trying to save you all from a bad piercing. Or permanent mistake. read more

I absolutely love my tattoo! I found this place online and was impressed with the reviews and the work that was done by Luis. I had gotten some work done on my wrist by another tattoo place that a friend recommended. That was a mistake and I really needed to find a great tattoo artist to cover it up. Luis not only gave me an amazing tattoo but did an incredible job of covering up the old tattoo. The price was very reasonable as well. He even offered to do free touch ups if needed. This place is great and so are the prices it's like my second home I love getting tattoos, The staff is awesome and very friendly, and the store is always spotless! Meet the Business Owner: Luis Alonzo C.

I've always loved art, since I was a little youngster. I drew a portrait of my high school principal which he framed and hung up in his office. That's one of the first times I received recognition and support from some one other than my family. With the support of my friends and family I hustled, went to school, raised 4 kids and finally made my dream of owning a shop come true. I'm easy going and I reflect that in my shop and with the other artists so everyone who comes in feels comfortable. I like a variety of music so something different is always playing and we'll even take request from our clients.

This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

The way he works is so true to his style that brought me to him in the first place. I told him all of the elements that I wanted and he put them together beautifully. He tackled my (super dark) cover up so seamlessly that no one ever notices. The way a cover up should be done!!! His attention to detail is top notch and he knows how to balance what you want while also being true to his work. He was so easy to communicate and work with. You can tell he takes what he does personally and would not let anyone leave with something less than perfect. I can't see myself ever going to another artist. Leo is great and has been doing my nails for quite some time. I recently got my acrylics taken off and get just a single layer of bio gel on my natural nails with no color or manicure. When I went in a few weeks ago, I was charged $40 because what I get is very basic. When I went in yesterday, Leo wasn't available so Mya did my nails and was very sweet, but at the conclusion told me because I didn't get color my total was only $55. I was confused as I had just paid $40 a few weeks prior. I went to the front to pay and asked the guy at the front desk (who is always pushy and not the most welcoming) why I was being charged different prices in which he responded it's $62 always for bio gel with or without color. So now, no one is on the same page and I've been told 3 different prices. Annoyed is an understatement. On top of this, the workers sit in the booths while they have no clients with their shoes off and dirty feet propped up on the benches which is not only gross, but super unprofessional. It's a shame the place is tan this way, it's a huge turnoff. Especially being treated like you're in the wrong when none of them are on the same page. I looked at the reviews and I feel better knowing it wasn't only me that saw the issues here. Won't be going back anymore.

I've tried a Headspa before (different provider/location) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience - so on my last day of a two-week vacation from work I decided to treat myself. Booking the experience (via email) was super easy to do, and the night before my appointment I received a confirmation text. Megan is located within Salt & Sage Spa, which has a small parking lot, but also has plenty of unrestricted street parking on the nearby streets. When I walked into Salt & Sage I was immediately greeted and made to feel very welcome. I was offered coffee and water, asked to fill out a quick paperwork sheet, and then shown to the head spa room. The space is very small, but she makes the most of it. Megan started the appointment by using a camera to show me my scalp. After reviewing my scalp and taking several before shots, she left the room so I could change and get myself set up on the (very comfortable!) bed. I was asked to strip from the top, as a complementary hand/arm/shoulder massage is included. I was given an eye mask to black out all the (dimmed) lights in the room. Additionally, I was offered a complementary foot treatment, which included a cleaning of my feet, some lotion, and what I can only assume are heated slippers (my feet were wrapped, heated, and felt amazing!) The treatment quickly began, and let me tell you --- I was in heaven! I much preferred this treatment, as to the one I had previously received (where in my opinion the provider talked too much about personal stuff, and I didn't really get to relax). In this instance, Megan and I exchanged pleasantries on the way to the treatment room but once we got down to business it was silence and bliss. Megan treated my hair with a multitude of different shampoos/conditioners/etc. I felt like I was in some type of ASMR video because I could hear the bubbles crunching and popping against my scalp. Again, I cannot emphasize how soothing and relaxing this felt. Megan used firm pressure on my scalp, and some combs/brushes/head massager tools. I felt myself drifting in and out of sleep several times throughout the whole experience. She gave me a quick arm/hand massage - which lasted a few minutes, but I would say the majority of the treatment was spent on my scalp. Once we were done, after the privacy of changing, we reviewed the scalp camera again and the difference was extremely noticeable. At the completion of the treatment I was shown to the auxiliary room where there was a blow-dryer and clean combs/brushes for my convenience. Overall I am very, very, happy with the treatment that I received. Megan was extremely pleasant and the atmosphere at Salt & Sage was extremely relaxing. While Japanese Head Spas tend to be a bit on the pricy side (I've never seen one for $100 before, which is also why I was very inclined to try her special offer) I also think that the regular price of $140 is very reasonable for the service which she provides, I would highly recommend seeing her, and I will be booking again in the future.

Showed up with 4 family members on friday the 13th looking to have a good experience. After waiting for over 4 hours we realized the taller wimpy kid with no ink minus a lousy hand tattoo and something so dumb on his face i couldn't even tell what it was, (which says alot about his personality) was having his friends cut the line. I brought it up to the other kid who was running the lines and he asked the taller wimpy kid about it. His response was "it doesn't matter, we'll get to you eventually" I then grabbed my party and we left as we are not gonna beg to give our money to some rude punk kids who think that we the customers owe them something. After i left i heard through others who were there that he sat there laughing and joking about the incident for other customers to hear, without a care in the world that he just lost his shop 4 customers. The sad part is, the kid is a nobody has NO respect in the tattoo game (not even a good artist) and hes running around like he owns that shop. Hopefully the owner sees this so he knows whats going on at his shop Unless you enjoy HORRIBLE customer service from entitled 19 year old kids with no life experience and don't care about quality ink (the work here is average at best) then i highly do NOT recommend this shop. If you're gonna put up with the disrespect you might as well go somewhere else and get better work done. Honesty you're way better off getting tatted by people who have actually EXPERIENCED LIFE and grew up outside of privileged towns such as Simi Valley They do way better work and make the experience enjoyable. read more
