He added me to the waitlist, and within minutes one of the piercers, Angel, came over and introduced himself. I was very indecisive about which jewelry to choose for my flat because they have so many incredible options. I went in today to get my nasal septum and nostril pierced. I can't remember the piercer's name but she was so helpful the entire time and the quality of jewelry was great. The piercer was very professional and helped guide me through the process. She made sure the consent was fully filled out, made sure that I was aware that the tools were sterile, mapped out placement, and had me confirm. She was very quick and the pain level was maybe 1/10. Honestly, I've been taking my entire family to Nathan's for 15 years. The staff there are genuinely some of the kindest humans I've met. From my industrial to my daughter's double love piercing or their nose piercings they really know how to put their customers at ease. I went there to get my third lobes pierced. The piercer went too deep and actually went into my cartilage when it was not necessary. I had plenty of lobe space available. I went to two other piercing places and they both confirmed they were pierced incorrectly. After a couple months, they were still bleeding and never healed properly so I had to retire the piercings which resulted in a lot of wasted money also. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them re-pierced. I left a couple of comments on their TikTok and apparently they deleted those. They only leave raving good review comments. Edit: I appreciate your reply. What I meant to say by piercing too deep, is she angled the needle towards the bottom of my conch rather than straight through. Hopefully I'm making sense. From the front of my ear, the placement looked great, but because she angled it towards my head rather than straight through it hit cartilage when there should not have been any cartilage at all. I went to two very reputable piercers, and they both confirmed that it was too close to the cartilage when there was no reason for that to happen. I didn't badmouth your salon because I never told either of these other piercers who I went to. Ironically enough when speaking to someone else about my piercing, they told me they got less undesirable results from your place, even though I never mentioned your name. Anyway, regarding the comments on TikTok, I just stated that I had a bad experience which I should be able to do and is the whole point of being able to leave a comment on TikTok. For you guys to remove it to only leave glowing reviews is not really ethical. Unfortunately when owning a business you have to take the good with the bad. read more

I got a septum piercing and my experience went really well!!! I got it pierced by the woman with red hair and she was very sweet. The piercing room is very elegant and comfortable. All the employees were very sweet though I only really got to talk with the piercer! I've had it for about a month and a bit and I've had no problems!! The healing process has been great. The pricing is pretty average and I'd say very well for a septum. read more
