Rather than processing the small refund that was due, I was unexpectedly offered a refund for the entire purchase and told to keep the groceries. This gave the impression that the issue was being handled to discourage me from leaving feedback rather than to resolve the original mistake professionally. I declined this offer and requested that the matter be handled properly. After further discussion, the transaction was finally corrected. However, I was then accused of "threatening" the store simply because I stated my intention to leave an honest review of my experience.
