Over the last 3 weeks I have tried to get in touch with them now 3 times on the phone (with messages forwarded from their answering service) as well as email with no response. It's extremely frustrating, and given the other positive reviews here about their service is extremely surprising. For a company that prides themselves on service, I'm surprised they use an answering service and do not publish a direct line to reach them. And even with the answering service, not returning multiple calls and emails is pretty bad service. I hope they can address this, I'm always rooting for small businesses over the big guys.

When I decided to cancel them, they informed me that I still have to pay for 30 days! This was apparently buried somewhere in tiny print in their contract. There are NO utilities/services I have ever dealt with in 40 years that don't allow you to cancel their service then pro-rate the amount you owe up to cancellation. I would counsel anyone thinking about getting this service to look elsewhere.

We did not have many choice in internet and so this was the company we got. The service is awful and we were left without internet often. Despite them telling us we would have enough bandwidth to run our smart TVs we did not and apps were constantly buffering. Half our house does not have internet ( it's not that big ) and they paced the router and said we would have service though the whole house. We are now moving out do the area and when I called to cancel service I was told we had 2 year contract and there would be a fee to cancel. We new we would not be here for two years and I specifically asked the sales rep for a month to month contract. All and all an awful company and experience. If you can't get another provider I would recommend calling your cell phone company and getting a hotspot. It'll be much more reliable and cost-effective.

He removed all my old equipment and spent the day with me hooking up new internet service and cameras. We rely on Alexa devices for lights throughout the house. The tech found a clear line of sight due east of my place. Unfortunately all the antennas on that tower were pointed either North or South. He said he'd see what they could adjust on the tower and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called them again and asked them if they had found a solution. The tech I needed to talk to wasn't there. I was assured that they would call me back that same day. They didn't Months later I found an unlimited mobile hotspot service that's faster and less expensive. I'm guessing they have too much business heading their way and just can't handle all the demand.

I run a small business and every time PON fails to provide dependable service, my business and my clients suffer. As always, my phone calls go largely unanswered despite their friendly voice mail message stating that they will call me back. There is NO WAY to get in touch with these people, so overall, I cannot recommend their service and will soon be moving to another email service provider.
