They switched us from the broken cable signal to internet signal. The quality of the picture degraded. It is impossible for us to get premium movies on prime. Directv also diverts movies from Prime to charge you more so you do not get the prime channel you are paying for. No on premises service, unnecessary sign-ins to receive prime...we never have experienced such an awful tv provider. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for quality and value.

I was trying to cancel my mom's account after moving her into a convalescent hospital. And Dominique at DIRECTV 800 line was amazing. She helped me cancel it and under eight minutes. She also helped me cancel AT&T, which I am so thankful for I would go and kiss that woman right on the mouth. I am so thankful for Dominique. I wish I could tell her boss how amazing I thought she was and she understood how frustrated I was with AT&T. Will never be returning to AT&T, but DIRECTV I'm your girl.

Both the business owner you coordinate and the technician who did the work were very professional, polite, and easy to talk with. As you can probably tell from your own Yelp research it is not the easiest to find an installer for Starlink that gives you confidence they can do a good job (maybe not the most common thing in my area). But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. If you are looking for a Starlink installer, I would very much recommend The Remo Group: they will do things right.

I took 3 beautiful but very dusty vintage cassette decks to get serviced (2 worked OK, but 1…read moredefinitely needed repair). When I went to pick them up, they were still filthy. I tested the broken one in the store and it still didn't work. The guy behind the counter said that maybe the technician (Rashid the owner) forgot to do some of the work, so leave them and come back next week. I came back the following week, but it appeared that still nothing had been done! WTF. Again they said leave them and it will get done right this time. These machines are very valuable, so I didn't want this guy touching my decks again. I took them home, opened the covers and saw that at least one of the drive belts hadn't been replaced and the decks clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was no way for me to tell whether they had been tested, lubricated, calibrated, etc, but the broken one was still broken. I had paid a 50% deposit when I first brought them in. When I took the decks home I was mortified by the work (or lack of it) but at least I thought that I had only paid $500 instead of $1000. At least it wasn't a total rip-off, right? Well when I got my next credit card bill, I saw that they charged the other $500 (without my authorization!) weeks ago while they still had the decks and before I picked them up. Again WTF. I still can't comprehend the incompetence and/or lack of veracity and integrity of this shop. I really really don't understand how they have such great reviews from other customers. Maybe Rashid is a great TV repairman, but just plays an audio repairman on TV... All that said, I should give credit where credit is due. This was my second time I had visited their shop. The first time I had a great experience. Rashid told me that although it would be very expensive to have him repair my subwoofer, I could easily do it myself, and told me where to buy a new driver and how to install it.
