We got in for a cheer competition at 2am and they could not locate our reservation which was booked on the Marriott app. After an hour of attempting to locate, the front office lady was so kind and gave us a room for the night so her manager could address in the morning. He had everything taken care of before I arrived the next morning and was so accommodating. The rooms on the other hand were pretty old and had an off putting musty smell. I wish the remodeling that occurred was a little better. The small sink in the toilet room was a bit off putting and the sliding doors did not work well. This was challenging since we had male and females in the room and wanted to have privacy during toilet time.

It had enough parking available, and was renovated recently. We stayed in an ADA accessible room which had enough space for my daughter and her knee scooter. The ladies and gentlemen in the reception area were always very nice and courteous greeting us every time with a smile. I liked that they offered cookies for a midday, snack, and hot water decaf, and regular coffee was always available and hot! This establishment offers free breakfast every day from 6 to 10 AM and the breakfast offerings were decent, switched out menu every morning, which was appreciated. There are only three floors to this establishment, which made it nice and cozy, an elevator access did not take too long. They clean your room every other day, and there are the usual necessities available in the shower, such as hair, shampoo, hair, conditioner, and body wash which all smelled so good! For any other necessities, it was also very convenient that there was a dollar tree located directly across the street walking distance. I loved how centrally located it was. There was a big thunderstorm one of the days that we were here, and we believe that the AC unit might have blown out. We placed a call to the front desk and within minutes someone was knocking at our door ready to fix the AC. It may have been the owner, I'm not too sure however he was really kind and you can tell took responsibility and accountability for the hotel amenities. Again, it was much appreciated. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Houston to visit family and will certainly be back to this location.

So, i was currently in a placed parked emergency lane -- she told me that the truck that i parked next to was also in the same boat, and it would be a non-issue, she would let the manager know. I went to my room, and noticed a full keurig set up, plenty of towels, and a clean shower. Perfect, time to eat and pass out. Upon waking up, i went to breakfast and there was quite the spread of food, a 3d printer thing for pancakes, breakfast burritos, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereal, you name it.
