Please read this all. I'm not even trying to complain but may this be informational to whoever is reading it so you can avoid this nightmare. This motel is disgusting. We got there and immediately could tell our room was not cleaned. There was dried urine splattered all over the toilet seat. The guy at the desk was nice and put us in a new room but this room was so much worse. I almost thought it was intentional like if a guest complains they stick you in room 122 to be tortured for the night. There was a distinct smell of hamster cage, hair all over the toilet, giant mysterious stains on the sheets, and FUZZY BLACK MOLD growing on the ceiling. We could genuinely feel germs in the air I woke up with a sore in my throat and it is still hurting 2 days later. I don't have words good enough to describe how unsatisfying this stay was we all were crawling in our skin. We contacted the host of our airbnb that we are now staying at and begged them to let us come in the morning instead of our 4pm check in so we could escape the motel. We left at 5 am it was that painful I drove half asleep to New Hampshire. I don't even want to get started on the dog selling ring I think is going on there. We kept seeing bloodhounds being loaded into cages in vans in the parking lot. I think that covers it but I still feel like you couldn't possibly gather how horrible and upsetting this experience was. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Ok man, so it's 9pm and me and the guys need a room for 3 to stay. We have a bike trip the next morning, and I swear I said the words "I do not care about my sleeping conditions I just need sleep". So insane saying this, but when I walked into that room, I hesitated for a second and began caring about my sleeping conditions. The room: -The bedroom itself is an absolute travesty. If you walked into this place with a black light, you would literally be blinded. We decided to name this place the back-shots motel because it is completely impossible that anybody would ever come here to actually sleep, it's just a sex location. The air air conditioner turned me into an ice block, and the minimum bedsheets and pillows did not warm me up from such an experience. The rooms furniture situation was borderline Impoverished, and compared to what the outside looked like. I'm surprised the entire entertainment station didn't just turn to Ash right in front of us as soon as I tried to plug my phone into it. Whoever built this place did not know how to install ceilings, and attempted to use a caulk to seal half of it and then realized halfway through that it wasn't working so the ceiling is inconsistent and falling apart. The floor also was not hammered down right, and if you dropped a penny in this room, it would absolutely fall right into the floor. The entire building, including our room, smelt of a copious amount of drugs, and I'm surprised that the ventilation worked well enough to not absolutely hotbox us. The beds - Cum. Everywhere! All over the beds, all over the floor, even on the curtains and shower curtain! Holy balls whoever use this bed before us must have made a 1 VS 50 style adult film. if I was devious enough to climb underneath these bedsheets, I'm sure I would've woken up with some kind of disease or hepatitis C. That is absolutely an unacceptable bed for the price that was paid. Honestly, I don't really care about writing about the beds in the bed section, whoever services the rooms after somebody stays here is literally a clown. I don't know what kind of circus act you are running, but you need to clean the cum off these beds. The bathroom - Currently sitting on their toilet while I write this. The bathroom door borderline doesn't open, and when it does, it goes boioioioioiiinngg as it flies from how hard you have to pull it. There is no bath soap, no shampoo, the towel for the floor outside the shower was wet when we got here, and there isn't even a toilet paper holder bar. This room also cannot handle more than a 3 minute hot shower without it getting steamed up because the fan on the ceiling is broken... Likewise it smells like mold in our room because of it. It's now been an hour since my shower and the mirror (I left the door open) is still fogged up and the counter is still dripping wet... there is also no drain in the tub, and the curtain is not large enough for the shower. -the water pressure and temperature we're nice though. The front desk service - To start, the desk worker was not even at the desk, so we had to wait and call for someone. When the guy got there we ask if he's got a room and he just says "yeah lemme see ID". We asked the price and he reluctantly gave us $160 AFTER WE PAID and not before. 160 plus tax is a fart number for the quality of this place. I would stay here for maybe $60. The knights in's luxury suite was a whopping $180 plus tax. An extra $20 to avoid disease is well worth it! The everything else - their parking lot is actually pretty nice. - the hallways smell like the remnants of a smoking party. Cigarettes, weed, and everything in between. There is also a clear smell of cleaning product bleach, and you can tell they tried to get this smell out but it's gotten so out of hand that they can no longer battle it. It I could I would give this place 0stars. If you okay with sleeping with roaches and bed bugs this is your place. The manager could care less even after I showed him pics and video of the bugs

Absolutely the worst motel 6 I've been to in a long time Not to mention that the shower had no water pressure and the water was ice cold but still couldn't take a good shower any way be the shower was broken and held together by a broken plastic handle. Tried to talk to the front seat lad in the morning I think she was the manager and she did not even care

This is NOT going to be a pleasant review. I'm so disappointed in this hotel. If you want to leave you room (which will have mold, which will smell like smoke, stains on the bedspreads, and certainly SOME kind of bug in the room) THIS is your hotel. My spouse and I checked into this hotel in hopes of a pleasant weekend, which was thoroughly ruined by quite a few issues. First - the hotel room. It was DISGUSTING. There was mold present. There were stains on the bedspread. The overall room was dirty. NEXT - the BUGS. There ARE BUGS here. The hotel will tell you the Terminex has come in and done a pest inspection, but feel free to see these photos yourself. That's not an allergic reaction to a mosquito bite. Once these issues came up, my husband went to the front desk and was told they were sold out and that he could move hotels, and receive a refund for the stay. NONE of this has happened. All would have been well if that were the case. I followed up with the manager, who was also less than helpful. His email responses back to my husband were dismissive and not of someone who values good customer service. The refund would have prevented (or at least mitigated) some of my frustration - but we I was dismissed because this person is convinced that the SEVERAL bites my husband sustained were mosquito bites. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're safer on the streets of Providence than you are in this hotel. There is absolutely zero customer service, they don't care about the customer service, and they CERTAINLY don't hold their guest rooms to any kind of standard. Stay FAR away from this place. Please, for your safety and your health, it's not worth the cheap price. You certainly get what you pay for.

It's really not worth staying here unless there is nothing else available. The first room they sent me to had no linens. Couple doors down there a bunch of young kids partying all night. The second room he sent me to was on the second floor with no elevators in the stunk like cigarettes and that was here on the Bathroom sink in the floor was dirty in the heater stunk. If it weren't so cold I would've slept in the car.

Disgusting doesn't even come close. Needed a place to stay for a night while traveling through RI. Aside from the hotel room having a strong smell of Newport 100s, they have bed bugs!!!!!! Unfortunately blessed with sensitive skin woke up twenty minutes into my sleep itchy all over. Immediately woke up to find over 7 baby bed bugs all over the bed/headboard. Killed three with freshly drank blood. Disgusted. Packed up all my stuff against my better judgement of just throwing everything out. Waiting until tomorrow to see if I even get my money back or of I have to call my bank.
