From what I've been seeing, I did not realize it would be this big of a deal as far as how deep they are how wide they are and how much landscaping that they're ruining. It might all end up working ok and the fact that they told me that they're going to try to put everything in the back the way it was me that if they don't well, they told me and there's nothing I can do about it. From what I can see, has they dug they have put little rocks and boulders on top of the ground cover and unless somebody goes through that and picks up every single inch of the rocks and the cement that's in there then this ground cover is not going to recover. The same as the grass that they've scooped out and put to the side and have assured me that they will put everything back. I live in a neighborhood where it's expected that the house looks nice. Like I said when this is all set and done if it looks fairly decent, I will be moving my rating up. For $40,000 they should be putting in new landscaping after this.
