This is a very popular pumpkin patch. Went today with the friends and family and it was very nice. I would say they should have more pumpkins laid out across the floor when you get to the area that has all the attractions. We also went a day after a thunderstorm so it was extremely muddy. But great place for pics. They have train rides, petting zoo, concession stand (cash only) and a big area full of pumpkins that you can buy from and take tons of pictures. Very cute. If you have a disability, good luck. Looking at these reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has seen blatant discrimination against the disabled community from this establishment. My girlfriend and I wanted to go to their snow day at the farm since she went to the pumpkin patch in October with her service dog and was allowed in. Today, we waited in line, got to the register, and were denied admission because the owner noticed she had a service dog. We tried to explain the ADA law pertaining to service dogs to her (and even were willing to show the ADA official website and official law), and she did not care a single bit. She went as far as to say, "I could read the ADA law, but I will just ignore it. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Call the police if you want to, I don't care; I don't have time for this," and then she refused to speak to us. She even went as far as, "I recently took a class about disabilities." If you indeed did, you would know exactly what the law is and realize you're incorrect. You have the right to refuse service to anyone, but not based on their disability status or how they mitigate their disability. Mother Nature's Farm should genuinely be ashamed of themselves, and I hope they can quickly revise their attitude... read more

Went here on 10/20 Sunday. They didn't have ANY pumpkins like they did last year. It was a waste of time. The "hayride" just takes you to the back and through the back where they have extra supplies. They had no bouncy houses for everyone else that didn't reserve for a party. Save your time and money go to the other farms. My family and I saw an employee mistreating a younger employee. This place is over priced and provides almost nothing to do. the slide is an extra fee, there is nothing but a hayride to do for adults which takes you around a field, by a parking, and through a junk yard in the back. we waited 30 minutes to get on it. There is nothing for small children but a hay maze and feeding dirty ducks. No decorations throughout the farm, $15 a person for nothing! Do not Easter your time or money. This was our very first time at a pumpkin patch and we LOVED it! It was such a fun experience for us. Every spot on the farm had cute places to take pictures. The kiddos received a free pumpkin that came with stickers they could stick on the pumpkin. Keep in mind that after you pay the entrance fee, it's cash only. AND if you're looking for coupons, go to their website and there should be a coupons tab. All you gotta do is fill out the info and you'll receive $2 off an adult admission when accompanied by kids. Who doesn't love coupons? I did have to -1 star because there was not many lights near the animals and the areas where the tractor ride took us. For it being open until 9pm, it would've been nice to see the animals without having to use our flashlights on our phones and having the whole farm lit up with lights (especially the areas where the tractor went). Our special needs group went on 09/28/24. The hottest day of the year! We got there early, when it opened at 9am. We were so thankful to have the shaded jumper. The other two jumpers were in the direct sun. Buckets of carrots for the animals for $5 was nice. New mega slide was fun for kids past a certain height. Negatives: I got the birthday package for our group. from their website "If you book a group of 20 children or more, the cost is $12 per person" from email correspondence with MNF coordinator "Since the group is more than 30, is the entrance fee $12 each? (birthday party) Correct" When we were leaving/checking out all were charged $15 per person. I sent email to MNF coordinator the following day, asking about the discrepancy and she replied "The entrance is $15 per person for birthday party's. If you book a company party of 50 or more it is $12 per person" Yes, I should have caught it when we were leaving/checking out, but it was so very hot, and I was trusting the process/coordinator. Just want you to be aware about charges for large parties. I was also disappointed there wasn't anywhere to fill up water bottles we brought in. You could buy water bottles for $2 each and Powerade for $3 each. read more

Took our son who is 5 months old. We had had a great time! Everyone was friendly. Lots of shaded areas. I love how it was spread out. It was fun feeding the animals and picking out our wizard of OZ pumpkins! The gift shop was cute! What would make this place the even better is having food trucks and maybe even a coffee stand! I don't mind the price as it is what it is. I enjoy my kids having fun seeing the animals and having something different to do for the night. However the lack dust control is ridiculous. Honestly I'm surprised they haven't gotten a ticket from the city for this. It was so bad that it was difficult to enjoy what they were actually trying to offer. We went on Sunday night at 7pm. It was cutely lighted up and people were still there even though they close at 9pm. Adults pay $5 and children pay $10. Children pay more because they get stickers and they also get to pick a pumpkin from the pumpkins that are out in the play area. There is a hay ride, a mini maze, plenty of photo ops, a lot of animals to look at, and a mini rodeo for the kids. They have tables to be able to sit and decorate the childrens pumpkins and they also sell snacks and drinks. There are also two jump houses and plenty of shade with tables. There is a bigger pumpkin patch as well, where you can purchase more pumpkins. They have cute home decor for sell as you walk in as well. Definitely worth visiting! read more

Photographers if you come here for a photoshoot.... Or for minis just beware it's scam. They charge you $50 per session/ client. Not $50 per hour or $50 per day. It's per client..... I was so caught of guard and my sessions were already scheduled. Nothing on their website displays the $50 charge PER CLIENT. They even write their names down.... I spent $250.... It was more than 2 d** Xmas trees. It was outrageous and I'll never return or recommend their farm for any reason. They're simply in it to take your money. Took the family on Oct 30th, 2023---the briefest way to described this place is over-priced and underwhelming. All the so-called activities are variations of the same thing that have been constructed with materials on hand--with most all of the out buildings and facades in poor or rundown condition. It's just roughly groomed acreage with some goats, cows, chickens etc. You can do/see everything in an hour or so, while being serenaded by a local FM rock radio station blaring on outdoor speakers. Ah yes, a relaxing day at the pumpkin patch with the soothing sounds of the Red Hot Chili-Peppers. For $15 per child/adult, we felt a bit like suckers We've been to a few of these seasonal farms in the east valley (Vertuccio Farm for example)--all were much better than Mother Nature's. read more

I love going to this farm! We can't wait for them to open again. The admission prices are absolutely the best, and that money also goes to feed and care for all the rescue animals they have taken in. My kids love the hay rides, slide, and cute little maze. They also have a great shaded picnic area, and a fun spot with giant games like checkers. RUDE staff. We went with a couple of friends, all with young babies. We were having fun but our baby started to get overheated. When we tried to leave through the gate we came in through, the staff told us we had to walk 10 minutes out of our way to another exit and tried to stop us from leaving! The "entrance" was a big, 10 yard wide path and there was nobody waiting to come in. They are jerks here. Welp...this is going to be a long rant. My family went to Mother Nature's Farm today in Gilbert to pick out a pumpkin and do some quality family time stuff. We parked started walking to the front and were stopped by I believe the owner of the farm that was a nice man and said thank you for putting the vest on my service dog Copper because a lot of people just claim their pets are service dogs and they aren't. We said we know and we get that alot. He said he had let the front know we were coming so everything should be good when we get there to pay. We said great and walked up. When we get to the register we paid and then we were stopped by a lady named Victoria and she asked us for Copper's papers. Now I don't carry Copper's papers for two reasons, the first being that I don't want to lose them and the second being I legally do not need to carry them according to the ADA. I told her this and she said without papers they would not permit him on the property. I tried to explain to her that this was not legal and that she could not do that to which she said...." I took a class, I know what I can ask for". After about a 5 minute argument we decided to leave because she was not allowing us to enter and we got a refund. I cannot tell you how difficult life has become because of Copper. Everywhere I go I have to explain myself and why he is there. I expected this a little bit but it truely is a struggle most days to just go to the grocery store. He is not an accessory. He is not a toy. He is a fully trained medical alert dog and has become part of my medical treatment plan. My A1Cs has finally gotten to safe levels and my diabetes is in better control then it has been in in the last 10 years but the day to day struggle we go through breaks my heart. If you know someone that takes their pets places and says it's a service dog please let them know that they make my life harder everyday. I would not trade my amazing dog for the world but it has added a whole new level of stress I don't know if I was prepared for. It bothers me that my family and I are looked at differently because of Copper. Every trip to the grocery store someone has to come and ask to pet or what his story is. I have to plan extra time in my day for these types of disturbances. I have attached the laws about what I can be asked for during entrance to any public place. I wish people and buisness knew this so I didn't have to educate the general public everyday. read more

I recently went to Mother Nature's Farm for my first time to go pumpkin picking. We arrived around 12:30PM on a Saturday afternoon and it was already packed. They have a lot of parking available but it's tight and kind of a walk to the actual farm. Upon arrival you check in and pay admission to experience all of the activities. My husband and his parents and I were only interested in going to buy a few pumpkins so they let us in without paying the admission fee. They also said that I couldn't bring my puppy in but I assured them that they we would be in and out in 10 minutes and I would hold her the whole time. They were kind about it and let us in. We walked around the pumpkin patch, picked out a few pumpkins and paid for them inside, took a few photos, got to watch the pigs roll around and then we were on our way out, as promised in 10 minutes. It was adorable and I would love to come back and enjoy more on a cooler day. On our way out they told us that we had to exit a different way then we entered so we had to walk very far in the opposite direction and through the gift shop, which I was told I couldn't do with a puppy just to go back the other way and do the long walk back to our car. I thought that was pretty silly and actually exposed to more people to the likelihood of catching Covid, if that was their objective. Lots of rules, yet overall an adorable place with a lot of photo ops, very colorful, and if you love Fall this is definitely your bag. read more

I've been to Mother Nature's farm more than once for their different events. I took a hayride with my mom. I've also been to their pumpkin patch and Christmas tree events. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. They run a sort of animal sanctuary at their farm as well. I love their gift shop where you can find local honey, salsa, jam, jelly and other local products. I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

This place was to be expected. It had a lot of great spots to take pictures. Each individual could take a small pumpkin home which was nice. The only thing that upsets me is coming out to our car and seeing how adults let their children hop on another person car. Yeah it's just dirt and it can be fixed with a car wash but it's the fact that I don't even let my own child hop on the car or anyone else's car at that. We didn't notice till we were in a well lit parking lot. There parking lots aren't that lit after dark. Hence why we didn't notice. Probably won't be back next year. Just be aware people. Pretty sad about my visit today. I couldn't help but wonder the level of care the farm animals were receiving. The donkeys were covered in flies some had eye sores clearly open and infected. A simple eye mask for horses would help. It keeps the flies off from further infection. Same with the cows. Has tears down their eyes from flies. We noticed one of the tortoises looking as if he was trying to escape out of his enclosure. He had no food or water in it. I had a carrot I gave him and he ate it so clearly he was hungry. When I mentioned to the staff that he had no water she said "they don't drink everyday." Well I know they don't, you need to still provide it so the animal could decide when they need it. They also absorb water through their skin. I know some animals are rescues and probably had prior issues but I was very disturbed by some of the conditions. Like almost bald chickens. Sometimes it's from mating and being a favorite but there are wing guards for chickens to prevent that. Sometimes chickens will pluck their feathers out of stress and boredom. Just makes me wonder...For $12 a person plus having people pay for carrots you could pay someone to care for the animals a little more. Yes it includes the tiny pumpkin which is nice but I would prefer to see well maintained farm animals. read more

I would give zero stars if that was a choice. I was not allowed in due to having a service dog. The woman I believe to be an owner told me I was not welcome in. She then proceeded to raise her voice and told me to call the police. I offered to show her the ADA laws and she said " I can look but I will ignore them". She then refused to talk to me, as I am crying next to my boyfriend trying to talk to her. Her employee apologized for her.  I was not allowed in to this establishment based on discrimination for being disabled. I truly hope that no one ever goes her to support this type of behavior. Rude staff. My handicap, 70 yr old mother went to park in the designated HANDICAP parking area. The parking attendant came rushing over to her to confront her and aggressively state: "This is for handicap people". She pointed at her handicap placard on the rear-view mirror and walked away without entertaining his nonsense. He followed behind her yelling that next time she needs to make sure he sees it before entering the lot. I had no clue any of this was going on because I was parking in the much congested general parking. Once we met up at the gate, we waited in line to enter and she told me about what happened. She requested I not go over to the jerkoff and make a scene, so I didn't. Once we got to the entrance, I attempted to pay for the family and the cashier told me I was $10 short. I asked what she meant. She told me my 1 year old child was NOT free and it was $10 admission for him. I thought she was kidding. She wasn't. My 1 yr old, who can't walk, was in a stroller and has no idea what the hell is going on was $10 in their eyes. WOW! We will never come back here again. We've been coming here for a few years to pick out our pumpkin for Halloween. It's a small pumpkin patch and I believe it's $5 per person if you want to walk around the area and check out the activities. We took our daughter for the first time this year, although she is too young to understand anything, lol to pick out our Halloween pumpkin. We went pretty late so there weren't many pumpkins left. Great community! A great place for pictures as well! Cute pumpkin patch of big and small pumpkins. $10 fee to get in which is well worth it! You get a small complimentary pumpkin with farm admission also friendly, variety of farm animals to which you can pet and feed. What a great experience! The craft house was full of cute decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The animal sanctuary was fun. My only advice would be to train the goats a little more. We were giving the goats carrots and they continued to step in front of each other in an attempt to steal carrots. The sanctuary also had a strong odor. Possibly some air fresheners would help. My granddaughter was disappointed the pigs weren't moving. Maybe you could alter their sleep schedule? Either way we had a good time and will definitely be back. read more
