First off Kris was very responsive and answered all my questions via email and we made a consultation appt for Mitzy to come out and provide an estimate. I was quoted $250 for all detailed cleaning of all my floors, my house is almost 2500sf and about 2100sf is hardwood ceramic tile all windows inside and out along with window sills. We made a Sunday appt and midway through asked Mitzy if we can add room that had hardwood and she gladly responded sure and it's an extra $30. The day of, they showed up 10 min before their scheduled time, ready to work and they got right to it!! My house was thrashed.....little specs of paint everywhere because my cool painter didn't think to protect my hardwoods, they are clean and polished, and all of my ceramic tile's tile and grout are white as can be. My windows are so clean, it looks like there's no window there. After the dirty job was done which took about 6 hours, total was $280 which is a bargain in my opinion because I didn't have to do it....don't think I could have done it. With the deep cleaning done, I can now enjoy putting the rest of my house together. Thanks Mitzy and Kris! I plan on using you again to do my Spring cleaning.

Then, asked them to come to my house to check what's going wrong but denied..... later, I climbed to the roof and took a look my self, surprisingly, I saw 4 of 6 downspouts were not cleaned (thus blocked) at all plus one gutter was totally uncleaned! Uploaded 3 pictures: uncleaned gutter, uncleaned downspout and cleaned (by myself) downspout. By this case, I was not unsatisfactory but angry with such a bad, low quality of service.

I brought this up to Megan and she said they'd get it next time. The final straw was finding out that they didn't move items when they dusted, and even skipped entire shelves. It was clear that this was not a one-time problem as dust had accumulated.

We had Anna clean our house and 3 hours after cleaning I noticed something wrong with our floor…read moremounted faucet in the bathroom. I looked closely and the faucet was completely off the base and falling over. I called Anna, she said her girls and her were using the faucet to get water to clean the shower but they didn't find anything wrong with the faucet. I mentioned that faucet is completely off the base and sent her pictures. I said a plumber will have to evaluate what is wrong. She said her husband knows someone , I said we don't want just anyone , we want to have a licensed plumber. She said she will arrange one. We were glad that she was trying to resolve the issue and had thought we won't have her pay for it. She brought someone over, the guy was not wearing any work clothes with no sign of any business, he did not introduce himself or provide any info on being a licensed plumber or even a plumber for that matter. He took a look at the faucet and said , "it's not her fault, the faucet was installed incorrectly". I mentioned that faucet has been working fine for 1 year and I haven't used it since they cleaned. So something must have happed when they used it. He said "no, it can't happen", and said he is not siding with her, he is being independent. He was clearly biased and probably not even a plumber. Anna basically brought someone over to make herself in the clear. When we asked for license information , she said you need to be responsible and ask for the information beforehand. Anna said she is not responsible for any damage and have a good evening. We are looking for a house cleaning service for long term and wanted to see how she handles the situation and she did terrible with her attitude and trickery by bringing a biased person and denying any damage. She said the faucet was fine when she left while the person she brought said it was installed incorrectly and was already faulty. Both don't make any sense. I talked to my contractor who installed the faucet and he assured the faucet was installed correctly and said floor mounted faucets need to be handled gently as they have greater leverage to break off the base. My neighbor was interested in hiring Anna for long term biweekly cleaning but I wanted to see how this incident turns before telling Anna to give my neighbor an estimate. After this incident and how Anna shot herself in the foot we let Anna go and my neighbor is not interested in getting any services from her. Anna might have thought she played smart, but this is a terrible way to run a business which depends on clients. It's pathetic how her girls or her can damage something in the House, deny it, and just say she is not liable. We weren't going to have her pay for fixing the faucet anyway, we have arranged a licensed plumber to fix the issue ourselves.
