I use to LOVE THIS PLACE. I have gone there for 4 years and bought the same thing. Last month like I always do went in to purchase the same vitamin took it home and it was already open. I returned it thinking it wouldn't be a problem well the guy there looked at me like "what am I to do". I said I wanted a bottle that wasn't open, he was so rude. Finally he said I could have another bottle but made me look to make sure it wasn't opened. I mean that was ok but to treat me like I was lying to them was wrong 4 years of buying this. The guy knew every time I walked in what I wanted. They lost me as a customer. Loved the ladies that work there but won't deal with him at all read more

I bought an expensive bottle of liquid acidolphilus. Upon opening it, I realized it had gone bad. it was very thick, creamy and had a bad oder. I PROMPTLY returned it the NEXT day. With receipt. I was told that I could only get a portion of my money back because there was a restocking charge. I did not use this product. I had my reciept and I returned it the following day. Excuse me?!!!! I took my small amount of money back and promptly went to Huckleberries. I will NEVER go back there. read more

I spent quite a bit at these stores to save money. That was until I learned a few things: First, it cost me $20 to stop Lupus inflammation that could be deadly for me from being exposed to diffusers poisoning the air, in the stores, with volatile oils that can hurt and harm many people. Second, I called the owner or manager and spoke to lead workers, sharing this risky action, and they told me that it was pointless to share a lot of links corroborating regarding the health risks for many unsuspecting shoppers who could have terrible attacks, seizures, trigger neurological issues, and damaging inflammation hit them hard and fast. The basically said, "So what." Not my kind of people. I learned about it the costly way and they caused me degenerative damages and acted like it was no big deal. I have battled MS 39 years and Lupus almost that long. They really do not care.
