Picked up Tuesday and today is Thursday

I like the convenience of ordering online for pickup. But i always get rotten fruit and veggies. I keep saying to myself (don't get fruits/veggies get off and go to the grocery store) but when it comes to the end of the month I'm like well hopefully i get lucky. Never the case And I'm tired of calling to let them know so I end up throwing it all away. Happens with strawberries, pineapple, mini cucumber, its like u have to eat it the same day you get it.

I found parking in the front but learned after my visit that there is additional parking in the rear--using that option next time. I ordered the Thai Tea Matcha and the Peach Cobbler Matcha, both iced with oat milk--both tasty! The flavors were nuanced especially the spices in the peach cobbler syrup. Not over sweet--major plus. The matcha was prominent and was vibrant in color. First time having Thai Tea with matcha and it works! The earthiness from the matcha brings out the tea flavor, IMO. I highly recommend! The menu features a variety of signature drinks, including Rosemary Fig and Blueberry Chai. Additionally, they offer cold brew, drip coffee and espresso-based drinks. Drinks might be in a rotation so there is something new to try to every week. The place is spacious, the decor is inviting and complimentary Wi-FI is available. I also purchased a shirt and my total came to $78, including tax and tip. I plan to return! Support local and shop small!

I tried their Blueberry Matcha and their Peach Cobbler - Both were not too sweet, and it really tasted like I was drinking a blended peach cobbler pie and blended blueberries. I think the magic is in how the owner makes the syrup - It tastes authentic to what the name is. I think this is the best flavored matcha drinks in the South Bay. It doesn't have a manufactured taste to it, I swear the syrups are home made LOL. I love the atmosphere inside - Hanging plants, artwork on the walls, good vibes all around. There's a lounge in the back but I didn't check it out. Service was fast and friendly. Will be a repeat customer!

He mentioned Iodine and the benefits of taking it especially when your over 50. I asked where to buy and he said Eat Wise. I wrote down in my notes and in the way home I went searching for it. It's 2mins from the gym! I went inside and had a beautiful conversation with Alexa, she knows her stuff and can tell you what superfood to get for any specific ailment. I bought the Iodine and ordered the custom Vegan Protein Powder. They don't carry the Vegan on the shelf and I can't drink Whey because I'm lactose intolerant and Whey is from cow milk. I also visited their PBC weight loss clinic which is 2 doors down. I met Cindy the NP that runs it and gives the infusions & injections. I decided to get the Nutritional Blend and I have been getting it once a month since. All I all I recommend Eat Wise and the PBC W L Clinic as my one stop for all things natural. They even have Alkaline Water so bring your jugs, it cost $1 per jug to fill.

The last time I was here, Sabrina helped me. She is an absolute gem. Just by chance as I was walking through the aisles, she was the one to ask if I needed help. Once again, she took her time to explain all my options, share her knowledge and provided truly exceptional customer service.

Every time I visit Lindberg Nutrition I look for Juan and hope that he's working because he really is very knowledgeable and professional and always does his best in so many ways when understanding what I'm looking for and for recommending the best products for me. This is a great neighborhood store! If you are looking for a specific product or supplement Juan can help. He was so patient and helpful in finding me the perfect nutritional products.I'll definitely be back soon! Additionally, as a Doctor and business owner myself, with over 20 years of business experience and treating thousands of patients, I would highly recommend Juan be the Store/RegionalManager for a multitude of reasons, some being that the business would continue to thrive, and many customers will benefit from his knowledge relating to products and how they can benefit for supplements and nutritional products sold at Lindberg. He truly goes "above and beyond" by adding extra value, taking initiative, and contributing to the overall business and team's success.

The hot (and not-so-hot) offerings, the sushi, and the olive bar were all great too. Then we all knew the shine wouldn't last--like smoke and mirrors--and sure enough, it did fade. The salad bar and "warm food" are usually just "okay." Honestly, it never feels truly hot, so calling it a "hot food bar" is kind of misleading. Sometimes it's fresher and healthier, but at other times it's not as good--more dried out, if you catch my drift. The other morning, I wanted a breakfast burrito. I had time, so I stopped in for coffee and only that--I figured since it had just opened, I should expect better. They had beautiful paper-wrapped breakfast sandwiches and burritos. I picked one up, and it felt light, which is what you want when you're hungry. Then I paid--do you go for the $12 option or the $25 double? I went with the $12 one. I opened the paper and found a microwave-style glob stuck to it. The potatoes were al dente, but not in a good way. It felt like there was more melted cheese than actual egg, and it was disappointing. It's frustrating because you'd think a company under the "Amazon empire" umbrella--especially one with questionable ethics--would still protect quality and staffing so the experience stays upscale. You know the "smut/smog layer" I'm talking about: once that shows up, you can feel the difference. Anyway, maybe Ralphs is similar, but I'll be avoiding that 1/3 of the store moving forward. I'll still do some of my produce and other shopping there, just not that section. I know I should've taken it to a manager, but it already seems they're well aware.
