The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was my first time using my WIC card and they explained what I could get and overall made the experience very pleasant. I like the convenience of ordering online for pickup. But i always get rotten fruit and veggies. I keep saying to myself (don't get fruits/veggies get off and go to the grocery store) but when it comes to the end of the month I'm like well hopefully i get lucky. Never the case And I'm tired of calling to let them know so I end up throwing it all away. I love taking my WIC vouchers to Mothers Nutrition because it so easy to use them, but I've been there twice and every time they have given me milk that expires in less then a week! I thought the first time was an accident, but I see it's the norm and completely unacceptable. Also the produce selections were atrocious. Most of the produce was already bad so I tried my best. However I got some apples and by the time I got home I had to throw them away because one was so bad it leaked into the whole bag! I didn't want to risk any chance of fruit flies so I tossed it. Just do yourself a favor and go another one. I always went to the one in Lawndale, but hope this one would work out since it's a lot closer to me. Now I'll be taking the extra time and driving back to the one that's never given me milk that expired 5 days later! read more

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. I'm not from this area and never been to a mothers Nutritional Center. I loved the store everything was so organized and the fruits and veggies were fresh. Jose was very friendly and very informative. He gave me a list of locations and told me one near my house. I love how fast and organized Jose and Daisy were. Daisy helped me out with my stuff to my car. I felt they go above and beyond to help you out! Amazing customer service! Very friendly! Okay to start this review off, its important to know that It's the week of hell of the coronavirus. I understand all people are trying to get groceries and people are acting crazier than usual but with that being said I have been to several other stores and the people are SO NICE and have such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is my usual mother's location and have never once had an issue. But today I went and first there was a line outside the doors, which with this virus going around that's normal and not a problem. Second I went in and they told me they could only give me HALF of my groceries but knowing and understanding the high demand going on, again wasn't a problem. What was NOT okay, was the girl that was helping us. (I want to say her name was Bianca) She had such a horrible attitude. She was obviously so annoyed and unhappy. I get their is a line outside and they were trying to rush but their is NEVER a need to have an attitude and ignore your customers. They obviously don't do well under pressure. And still I tried to be nice and put on a happy face but the I reached my limit when I would try to ask her something or say something to her and she would ignore me and instead talk and laugh with her coworkers. Her manager or a man in charge (not sure what to call him), was there and I told him, excuse me are you the man in charge and he responded with "yes", I continued and said I know you guys are going crazy around here and there is a lot going on BUT she is being so rude and just ignoring me, that is not okay. Do you want to know what he did?! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! He defended her and said that they have been busy and need to keep moving so they CANNOT be nice to everyone or people would take advantage of them and their main focus was keep the people moving (obviously didn't care about customer service). My response was I know everyone is trying to handle this as best as they can but their is no need to have an attitude or be rude and customer service is always important. And he continued to defend her. I will absolutely not be returning to this location. They obviously can't handle themselves under pressure and do not have customer service skills or care about how their customers feel. If you have kids or are in a rush please AVOID this store and go to another, they will absolutely give you attitude and not be helpful at all. If i could report this store to someone I absolutely would. 0 stars. read more

i came to buy formula (enfamil gentlease ) and the sales associate just put it in the bag not even checking with me if it was the correct one .i got home and i noticed that the associate gave me enfamil regular . i went back the next day to exchange it and the manager assistant told me that she couldn't exchange it due to company policies . i mention to her that no one told me about the policies or check with me if they had giving me the correct formula like they should of . now i waisted 50 dollars on formula with no exchange , it's very hard for a single mother to waist that kind of money . i hope the manager now enforces for the sales associate to let the customer know about the store policies because or have it up on a sign for customers to see . read more

I found out about this place by a lady who gave me a card for a free gift at my doctors office. I came in on Friday afternoon and I love it!!i normally do my shopping at Vons but I was greeted when i first walked in and I was immediately ask if I need help..it's a really neat store they did all the work for me and they even helped me out to my car.i recommend this place And they are open to the public and have great deals on eggs. 2 young ladies help me and checkout my order to make sure everything was oK witch made me feel lIke they care.thank you and I will be shopping here now. read more

I love this Wic store!!! The employees are always so helpful and kind even if the store is busy.
